This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic Wagon was sold new by Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn, New York and shows just two owners since new with less than 19k original miles on the odometer. Finished in Black (040) over Black MB Tex (131), power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 mated with a five-speed automatic transmission driving all four wheels via 4Matic. Features include auto dimming side mirrors, power adjustable front seats with memory, a rear-facing third-row bench seat, cargo cover, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof and rear side-window sun blinds. This S211 is now offered for sale by the selling dealer out of Tulsa, Oklahoma with manufacturer's literature, a recent Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title.
The exterior of this wagon is finished in Black (040) with chrome trim along the beltline and both front and rear bumpers. Exterior features include auto dimming side mirrors, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, a heated windshield washer system and fog lights which are integrated into the front bumper. The Carfax report shows a minor accident occurring in 2017 which has since been repaired with the exterior presenting in good condition.
Fitted are the factory 17” double five-spoke wheels wearing Kumho tires measuring 245/45 on all four corners. The wheels are present well with no signs of curb rash or discoloration.
The cabin is trimmed in Black MB Tex (131) with leather seat inserts and features Burl Walnut wood trim on the center console, dashboard and door panels. The front seats are power adjustable with three-position memory for the driver. Interior features consist of dual-zone automatic climate control, COMAND infotainment, rear passenger sun blinds, a rear-facing third-row bench seat, a cargo cover and a garage door opener. The rear seats fold flat for through loading.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer with a centrally mounted digital display and digital odometer which reads 18,530 miles. Other instrumentation includes a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and digital gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature.
Power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 which is factory rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque which is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. Underbody shots of the car have been included n the photo gallery.
The Carfax shows linear mileage updates along with regular service visits and the aforementioned minor accident occurring in 2017. This 2006 E350 4Matic Wagon is now being offered with just under 19k miles on the odometer and a clean Oklahoma title.

The big question people are waiting to address is the balance shaft issue. At 18k it's unlikely to be an issue, but how much longer can you drive the car before the engine grenades? Or do you just roll the dice and drive it until it happens, then walk away?
