This 2007 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic Wagon was first registered in Rhode Island where it remained with its original owner for 11 years before being purchased by the current owner in Ohio. Finished in Pewter Metallic (723) over Cashmere MB Tex (144), power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 mated with a five-speed automatic driving all four wheels. Equipment includes a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, a Harman Kardon Logic7 surround sound system, bluetooth telephone, upgraded bluetooth audio streaming, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power tailgate, rear sunshades, heated front seats and a rear-facing third-row bench seat. This E-Class wagon comes with a full service history and most recently received new spark plugs, plug wires, brake pads & rotors, tires, a battery, refinished wheels and a Service B. Now showing 77k miles, this E-Class is offered for sale by the current owner with two keys, original manufacturer’s literature and a clean Ohio title.
Fitted are the factory 17” seven-spoke alloy wheels wearing Sumitomo all-season tires measuring 245/45 on all four corners. The tires show date codes from late 2021 and were recently installed by the owner in preparation for the sale along with refinishing all four wheels and installing new brakes.
The interior is trimmed in Cashmere MB Tex (144) and features Burl Walnut wood trim lining the center console, dashboard and door panels. The wood trim is in good condition with the seller noting just one cracked trim piece. Both front seats are heated and power adjustable and feature three-position memory. Interior amenities include a Harman Kardon Logic7 surround sound system, a 6-disc CD changer, dual-zone automatic climate control, a garage door opener, COMAND with DVD navigation, power rear sunshades, split folding rear seats for through-loading and a folding rear-facing third-row bench seat.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer with a centrally-mounted digital display. The digital odometer currently reads 77,459 miles, 42k of which were added by the current owner. Other instrumentation includes a 7k-rpm tachometer, analog clock and digital fuel level and coolant temperature gauges. Controls for cruise control are mounted to the steering column.
This S211 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 which is factory rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission using a 4Matic all-wheel drive system. In addition to the aforementioned service, the seller has also replaced the battery and had a new set of spark plugs & plug wires installed recently. Notably, the engine number for this S211 (#27297230658171) is outside of the affected range of engines of this era with balance shaft issues.
The Carfax report shows linear mileage updates along with regular service visits. Other than the previously mentioned damage from 2019, the Carfax does not show any other accidents or damage reports throughout the car's life. This E350 4Matic Wagon now shows just over 77k miles and is offered with both keys, original manufacturer’s literature, full service history and a clean Ohio title.
A walkaround video and a video of the power tonneau cover are viewable below.
When a sedan isn’t enough, a wagon can offer all the size and usability of an SUV without compromising on handling and comfort. The S211 was offered in many variants but the E350 4Matic was by far the most practical. The more fuel efficient V6 still packs a serious punch putting out over 260 horsepower while the 4Matic all-wheel drive system offers the peace of mind that no terrain or conditions will come between you and your destination. While many of these wagons were used and abused, this two owner example shows just over 77k miles with a full service history to go with it. For the Mercedes enthusiast who is looking for a clean and reliable daily driver, this S211 may just be the answer. We’re confident that the next owner will show the same level of care and attention this car has received for the past fifteen years of its life so that it can serve many more.

@ProdigalPetrolHead Thanks...it is literally the best car I've ever driven on road trips.
Personally owned two of these and trusted with daily duty. Due to the reinforced rear and extra weight these always delivery perfect driving dynamics compared to the sedans and feel infinitely more solid. Good luck with auction to the seller and bidders!

@BoulderBuff Many Thanks. GLWTA. (typo corrected)
@Spider_Veloce Absolutely. It was pretty simple. • I used the auxport in the glovebox. * I purchased a simple Bluetooth received on Amazon – something line this Bluetooth Receiver • Pair that receiver with the phone. Most of the receivers have an internal battery but they are pretty limited. I actually went one more step and had a local audio store put a USB power outlet in the glove box. If you do this make sure they hook it up so that it "restarts" when you start the car. Hope that helps. If you have more questions please ask
Your car is in beautiful condition. Can you tell us more details about the upgraded Bluetooth Audio Streaming which is mentioned in the description. I actually have an identical 2009 wagon in the same colors, which I absolutely love. However, I would also love to add Bluetooth audio streaming. Thanks in advance and GLTWA.
@tomweidman Absolutely not.
Has this car ever been smoked in?
@BoulderBuff , thanks for the quick response.

@Mnortet If my wife was not so set on getting and EV I'd never sell it. It is one of the best road trip cars we've ever owned.
Looks like a clean example- have had a few of these and they're fantastic
I've been asked for pictures of the undercarrige and am working on getting those ASAP. Will post them as soon as I have them.
