Was the timing chain replaced? As we enter the final stretch, I want to remind everyone this is a NO RESERVE auction and will be selling today! I love that the owner stepped in and made a comment. I’ve actually purchased one of his W210 E300 Turbodiesels last year as a personal car and am still driving it with zero issues a year later and an odometer reading 284k miles. He’s the guy you want to buy a diesel from. A lot of W164s have been used up at this point and I’m happy to report this is one of the good ones. - Original paint (except on the hatch) - Bi-Xenon heads lights - Heated seats with no cracks - Original window stickers - TONS of recent maintenance - Good tires - Oil cooler seals done This truck has a lot of life left and a ton of charm. The W164 has a very refined drive and low highway noise. It’s. A perfect road trip car that’s efficient and does not require DEF. I’ll be around for any closing questions!$3,250 bid placed by @Jakapam
Good evening — @Stuttgart_Steel is listing this ML320 CDI on my behalf. My wife and I have been long-time Mercedes fans. That started early for me with my father’s W116 280SE, and my own first Mercedes — a 1985 300TD that carried me (cat and litterbox included) from Dallas to Atlanta back in 2002. Since moving to Atlanta we’ve owned quite a few: W210 turbodiesels (two of them), an X164 CDI, W208 CLK55, W163 ML55, W211 Bluetec, a 2011 G55, and this W164 CDI. Mercedes diesels in particular have always been favorites. This ML has been my daily driver and has been serviced at Auto Benz here in Atlanta. I’ve also handled a few straightforward items myself, including the ERISIN carplay headunit, front rotors with ceramic brake pads (no dust), correcting the factory-installed taillight seals, and replacing the tailgate pump and latch. I asked Stuttgart Steel to represent the vehicle because he is a wonderful photographer and writer, loves these cars and I wanted to give it the proper send-off. My hope is that it goes to someone who will drive it, use it, and enjoy it as much as I have. Thank you for following this auction.I appreciate all of the DMs and interest so far! Please feel free to ask any more questions if you have some. I'll be around -- just wanted to check in.@Peabo I removed it for the video and for pictures so people could actually see the bottom end. It’s been reinstalled before I lowered it off the lift.Pics 366 and 367 show lower engine cover missing hardware. Have the hardware been installed since the photo session?@Jakapam Oil cooler seals have been replaced by the dealership. Sorry it won’t let me reply to your PM, so here’s a comment!$3,000 bid placed by @faizabri2006

@MikeBar Thank you! The owner takes really good care of his stuff. We need more people like him in our community.Very nice-looking car! Looks very well kept. For those wondering, the updated headunit does have Apple CarPlay connectivity, so it’s a fully functional modern unit.Hey everyone and here we go again with another ML on my profile! This is from a really good friend of mine I'm helping as he just bought my personal Volvo XC70 replace this ML. He no longer has room and that's why I have it listed! He's a Mercedes-Benz nut like the rest of us and likes his daily drivers highly maintained with a little bit miles on them. He got this car a few years ago and has gotten it prepped for road trips and as his daily drivers. This has done several trips to NOLA and to other coastal areas and is honestly a great rig to do it in. He's had it maintained by Auto Benz here in Marietta, GA and always told the shop to fix whatever was wrong. During my underside pictures I noted a little oil leak that turned out to be the oil filter housing gasket gone bad, so we just got that replaced last Thursday in prep for the sale. The shop did note some seeping on the steering rack and I think a worn upper control arm that causes a small thunk on really poor pavement. Otherwise it checked out as all clear and ready to sell. I put together a pretty thorough auction for everyone, so please look through the pictures and watch the video! Let me know if you have any questions. I'm open to show the car in person or have a shop perform a PPI if you're buying sigh unseen. This truck does have the upgraded oil cooler seals and the orange on the bottom of the car is Alabama/Georgia clay that has a tendency to stain undercarriages. If you know you know.$500 bid placed by @Vinski_M
