This 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC Wagon was originally delivered and sold through Betten Imports, Inc. out of Grand Rapids, Michigan in May of 2013. It shows three owners since new with an odometer reading just over 128k miles. Finished in Palladium Silver Metallic (792) over Black MB-Tex (111), power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The car is equipped with the Sport Package, a wood and leather steering wheel, folding third-row seating, and the Premium 1 package (heated front seats, premium sound, COMAND infotainment with navigation, and rear window shades). The included Carfax report shows 26 service history records with mostly Mercedes-Benz dealer servicing since new. The most recent service was performed by the selling dealer which consisted of an oil change and filter in preparation for the sale. This E350 wagon is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title.
The car is finished in Palladium Silver Metallic (792) and features chrome roof rails, chrome lower window trim and chrome accents along the lower front and rear bumpers. The bumpers, side skirts, grille, and exhaust outlets are exclusive to the Sport package. Exterior features include a power sunroof, a power liftgate, and dual-exhaust outlets. The Carfax shows minor damage reported to the front and right side of the vehicle in September of 2018. Minor rock chips are visible on the front bumper from use.
The 20-spoke aftermarket Petrol wheels are an 18″ square setup wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season 4 tires showing 2021 date codes. Stopping power is provided by cross-drilled front rotors, Adaptive Brake Technology, the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), and a Brake Assist System (BAS). Airmatic suspension supports this example which damps road noise and gives the wagon a smooth, taught ride. In May of 2024 at 120k miles, brake pads and rotors were replaced.
The interior is trimmed in Black MB-Tex (111) on the seats and door panels along with Burl Wood veneer trim accents. Amenities include power-adjustable and heated front seats with memory, folding rear-facing third-row seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear-window sunshades, COMAND infotainment with navigation, and a premium sound system. An analogue clock sits between the aluminum climate control vents and the COMAND wheel rests just forward of the center armrest. The front wood veneer shows some UV damage that is ubiquitous with burl walnut cars on all W212 E-Classes. OEM carpet floor mats are shown fore and aft in the passenger cells.
The multi-function wood and leather steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, fuel level, and coolant temperature gauges. The digital odometer shows just over 128k miles. The steering wheel offers telescoping adjustments as well as elevation which maps itself to the memory seats.
The direct-injected 3.5-liter M276 V6 was factory rated at 302 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed 722.9 automatic transmission and a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. The included Carfax report shows 26 service history records with most done at a Mercedes-Benz dealer since new. The most recent service was an oil change and filter performed by the selling dealer in preparation for the sale. Mercedes-Benz performed regular oil changes since new per the Carfax report.
The included Carfax report shows dealer service and linear mileage updates since new with a minor accident in 2018. This E350 wagon is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a Carfax report, and a clean Oklahoma title.
The seller has included the folloowing videos:
A Sport Package S212 is kind of the perfect modern daily driver for people that want to look like stealth wealth on a budget. Remember, Mercedes-Benz wagon buyers when new had the highest average income. Yes, they beat out G-wagon and AMG GT buyers as the most wealthy… probably because they already had those cars as well. You’ll see more wagons patrolling the streets of ivy league towns, traveling from home to work out of historic neighborhoods choked with four sided brick homes. The 4MATIC drivetrain aids in the cold, miserable weather these regions see in the winter as the warm S212 cabin coddles its owners with impeccable build quality and a safe, reinforced structure making these incredibly safe vehicles on roads that experience poor conditions. This E350 wagon is the desirable facelift with the updated headlights that make this model blend in with newer models. The M276 engine makes W202 C43 AMG power and makes peak power at a zingy 6,500 RPM. These are fantastic cars if you’re looking for a Mercedes-Benz wagon that won't break the bank.
