This 2015 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG was sold new through Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville, Alabama in October 2014 where it received regular and documented service through May 2022. The current owner and seller acquired the GL in early June and has added approximately 1000 miles on the odometer. At the time of purchase a MaxCare warranty from Carmax was added to this GL63 AMG with a 5-year warranty term and a 125k-mile limit. Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197) over a Designo Black Leather (201) interior, power comes from a 5.5-liter M157 AMG Biturbo V8 and sends power to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. A RENNtech R1 Package has been added consisting of high flow air filters, RENNtech diverter valves, and an ECU tune. Notable features include Night Vision, Driver Assistance, Rear Entertainment, Distronic Plus, heated and ventilated massaging front seats, a stitched leather dashboard, and Bang & Olufsen sound. This GL63 AMG currently shows 60k miles on the odometer and is offered with manufacturer's literature, two original keys, headphones and remotes for the rear entertainment, an extended warranty, a recent Carfax report, and a clean Kentucky title. 

The GL63 AMG is finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197) and features AMG-specific ground effects including bumpers, side skirts, trunk lip spoiler, an AMG front grille, and AMG exhaust. Additional exterior features include LED headlamps, front and rear parking sensors, 360 degree cameras, aluminum trim with matching roof rails, and added RENNtech badging. The included Carfax shows an accident in January 2019 from a sideswipe resulting in minor damage to the front right of the car. The airbags did not deploy. No blemishes beyond light rock chips on the nose are noted by the seller. 

Original 21” wheels are shown finished in brushed aluminum with gray-painted spoke centers. The wheels show no blemishes and wear Continental ExtremeContact tires measuring 295/40 on all four corners showing 2021 date codes. Less than 1000 miles have been driven on the tires. 

The cabin is trimmed in Designo Black Leather (201) across the seats, door cards, and head rests with black nappa leather accenting the upper and lower dashboard with stitched seams. The Nappa steering wheel, center console, door cards, and center dashboard are accented with Black Piano wood and shows the Designo logo on the right side. Features include heated and ventilated dynamic front seats, COMAND infotainment with navigation, Keyless-Go, Night Vision, and the Driver Assist Package with a surround-view camera system. In addition, this GL63 is equipped with Distronic Plus, rear seat entertainment with wireless remotes and headsets, and Bang & Olufsen sound.

The thicker Designo AMG steering wheel fronts a 200-mph speedometer with a centered digital display and an 8k-rpm tachometer, along with fuel-level and coolant temperature gauges. The digital display also shows outside temperature, trip functions, and infotainment data. The digital odometer shows 60k miles. 

Power comes from a biturbo 5.5-liter AMG-tuned M157 V8 factory rated at 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. This example has the added power from a RENNtech R1 package consisting of high flow air filters, RENNtech diverter valves, and an ECU tune. Reportedly this increases performance to 696 horsepower and 801 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a 722.9 seven-speed AMG Speedshift transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The included Carfax shows regular servicing via the selling dealer through 2022. 

This example is protected by a transferrable five-year, 125,000-mile “bumper-to-bumper” warranty underwritten by Carmax protecting the vehicle from June 2022. This warranty covers all components and systems on the entire vehicle except for consumables and interior trim wear & tear. A $150 deductible applies to the warranty when serviced at a Mercedes-Benz dealer or other dealer/independent mechanic, or a $100 deductible applies when the car is dropped for service at a Carmax location and subsequently transferred to Mercedes-Benz for repair.
