This 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG was originally purchased at Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach and is one of only 662 produced for the US market for the model year. This soft-top AMG cabriolet is equipped with a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a five-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. The car is finished in Black (040) over Charcoal/Anthracite (251) AMG-leather interior, and features include a hydraulically operated soft top, heated and powered front seats with memory, Keyless-Go, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a Comand CD stereo. The seller has added 300 of the 9k miles shown since his acquisition in 2020. Recent service is said to have included an oil and filter change along with replacement of the engine and cabin air filters. This CLK55 AMG is now offered in New York with an original window sticker, factory literature, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, first aid kit and a clean New York title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Black (040) and features AMG aerodynamic bodywork styling cues including a special front air dam, side skirts, and rear apron, as well as twin chrome AMG exhaust outlets. The paintwork is believed to be entirely original and free of major defects or blemishes concomitant with a 9k-mile example. Images of the soft top can be seen in both the up and down positions in the gallery below.
A video featuring a walkaround of the vehicle, startup, convertible top operation and driving footage is viewable below.

Great car. Hard to find especially with the low mileage and great con. All the best to the seller and bidders. Someone is going to get a real gem.

@talden24 I think the only auctions that are No Reserve are listed as such in the title and descriptions. Looks like this one is a reserve listing

Great auction site. I might have overlooked it, but does this auction have a reserve price?

Thank you!
Underbody pictures have been added to the gallery.
So it’s probably safe to also assume that this means no additional pictures or paint meter information will be provided.
@Kwoodwo in brand new condition ,no rust ,this car was kept in leaving room 😎
No need to put it on a lift or anything, just looking for potential surface rust on suspension components and items like that.
Would you be able to provide pictures of the undercarriage?
@Kwoodwo no paint work, no damages, in brand new condition, you’re not gonna find another one I guarantee,Good luck
Has there ever been any paintwork on the car? Any chance of getting a paint meter on the car? Given, the low mileage and being a convertible, I think it’s safe to assume that this was a summer driver. However, would you be able to snap a couple pictures of some of the undercarriage components? Thank you!

@Frost There is none left I guarantee
Ok, I'll play. Can't imagine there's many left this nice with only 9k miles.

@Slb0151 I just bought 2018 S 65 convertible, That’s why I’m selling my clk.
@Kwoodwo good luck
If I may inquire....why are you selling after owning just a few months?
One of the few cabriolets that look just as good with the top up!
Is the driver really THAT ugly? Didn’t have to make him/her go full mask! Jk. Lovely car. I Plan to be here at the end.

I can see these becoming highly desirable in the near future with the N/A M113. They've certainly been slept on for long enough.
These were underrated then and hopefully less so now. Had the coupe version when it came out and really enjoyed that car.
