Well I'm curious about this top. First of all this was an option for the 500 and the 600. This one I'm going to assume came from an SL500 because there is no stitching along the seams of the leather on the interior lining. I also see that the interior lining is bubbling in some areas. Can you please tell me exactly what is happening there. I'm also noticing that you're referring to it as vinyl and not leather. Did somebody replace the leather with vinyl? Also I do not understand the 35% ceramic tint. Is this something that you added to it? I would also love to see more photographs of the exterior of the item. We only have one from a distance and can't see the paint up close. I'm interested but need more information. I am only a couple hours away from you so shipping is not an issue I can put it right on top of my car and drive it away. Please advise as to exactly what year if you can also, the car was that this came off of. And if anybody out there knows specifically of a black panoramic that came off of a 1997 SL600 that is available please let me know.
