A cost of a container from Dubai to USA is currently at around 12,000 USD This Car will need to be federalized and the process can take months and can be expensive since it will need to meet BOTH DOT and EPA standards.. Between shipping and Federalization this car will be best suited for a local or EU buyer or someone willing to go through the federalization process and who understands international vehicle importation requirements.
