This ML60 RS retains much of its factory ML55 appearance including the AMG body kit and factory HID headlamps. A few exterior details including 19x9-inch lightweight RENNtech Monolite wheels, exhaust tips, and lowered stance indicates that this is not a standard ML. Displayed behind the wheels, 15-inch front and 14-inch rear discs are mated with Brembo four-piston calipers. The wheels are wrapped in Michelin Latitude tires measuring 285/45/19 all around.
Suspension modifications include Eibach springs and dual adjustable Koni shocks. Larger sway bars are also fitted to further reduce body roll and in total, lowers the ML approximately 3 inches. RENNtech also installed performance headers and downpipes with sport catalytic converters before finishing off with an upgraded muffler and tips. Per the Carfax, this ML has been serviced by a Mercedes-Benz dealership and a minor accident was reported in 2006 and 2016. Reportedly, the 2006 was the result of a driveway mishap.
The interior is finished with AMG-specific Black Leather with burl wood accents. For the model year 2000, the W163 underwent some welcomed engineering improvements such as richer dash materials and better door sealing among various other refinements. The original ML55 AMG labeled floor mats still accompanies the SUV as well as a set of all-season rubber mats. A burl wood RENNtech shift knob has been added and the factory AMG gauges remain original with all pixels in working order.
Power is transferred to the wheels by a 5-speed tiptronic transmission which has been upgraded and reinforced by RENNtech. An upgraded rear subframe also helps to eliminate squat under acceleration. Underbody photos are provided in the gallery and include pictures of the suspension, brakes, and exhaust. Walk-around and driving videos are provided below.

@Vlad600sel 420 horsepower and 464 lb-ft of torque according to RENNtech
How many hp ?
@ferrari400i Great speaking with you on the phone earlier about the ML. For others wondering the same, all electronics work on the ML including windows, sunroof, AC and heat. The brakes and rotors are in great shape and recently inspected by my mechanic to ensure there were no outstanding needs prior to the listing. The brakes are Brembo all around, branded RENNtech, so they are still available if the need was there to replace them in the future.

@seller @blakleyleonard Any issues mechanically? eg. working sunroof, windows. cold AC? Brakes and rotors good. Are they available from Renntech still? Thanks
I regret selling my Brabus ML58. This would make a fine replacement!

My only W163 ever owned was a base model model (2001 ML320). I loved it, and drove it to Florida and back in the mid 2000's from New Jersey numerous times with the family. I would love to make the trip again in this. I bet I would make it in better time !!!

@selski I can't imagine it's any worse then making long since NLA parts for Pre-Merger AMG's...! In many cases Improvements can be made after 20 years of R&D is applied...;-)
Really intrigued to see how this goes- Nothing short of envious of the next owner.
Have a AMG G 63 AND AMG SL I think this would be a nice addition
$15,002 bid placed by @cudz02
@selski You definitely can. I've owned a number of RENNtech vehicles including a few currently in addition to this one and they've always been super helpful. Typically, I'm able to get any parts needed from Mercedes as it's still an M113 under there. If there is a RENNtech specific part that's needed they will be glad to assist.
Can you still get parts from RENNtech for the truck, if something breaks?

@Dmitriyf1 It only takes two determined bidders to make for a positive auction result, so who knows?
I wonder if the fact that this is a new platform will affect the price greatly
@internetholding Coming very soon...stay tuned!
Great Car, would like to bid. Looking for the Red Renntech wagon. What happened to it???
A beautiful example and a great way to kick off the auctions.

Thanks to everyone for checking out the auction for my ML60 RS RENNtech on The MB Market! I'll be checking periodically to answer any questions and am excited to see this ultra rare W163 RENNtech find a new home! The opportunity to own an authentic RENNtech build from this era, especially in the form of a W163, is almost nonexistent in today's market.

@albanianbenz That would be a pairing you couldn't find anywhere else! One for when you want to go fast, and another when you want to go really fast.
I think my designo ML55 will pair great with this.
@albanianbenz Same same, but different, but still same.
You’re in Roanoke, Virginia, I’m in Roanoke, Texas.
