The seller notes that no rust or body damage is present on the vehicle. All glass as well as window seals are reportedly original to the coupe.
Factory 14” steel wheels are fitted with paint-matched hubcaps and wear 215/75 Hankook Kinergy ST tires front and rear. The seller notes that the tires were fitted recently and show good tread life. A startup, walkaround and driving video of the car is viewable below.
The W114 coupe is an iconic design by Paul Bracq which is highlighted by its well known pillarless windows providing an open-air experience matched with its elegant fixed-roof coupe design. Paired with a 2.8-liter DOHC M110 inline-six, this buttery smooth power plant is the perfect match for this old-school luxury coupe. From its paint-matched hub caps to the iconic silver mesh grill, this 280C is the perfect representation of 1970’s Mercedes-Benz. It doesn’t get much more classic that a Green over Tan pairing, and given the condition and recent service of this example, it’s clear that every drive is a treat. We see huge value in any classic Benz but this example is especially strong with its engine rebuild and quality repaint. This car deserves an owner who will take the time to care for and appreciate all that it has to offer.

@Kirillva Updated images have been added to the gallery going over all the maintenance with window sticker scanned/manuals/records to help give an idea of the maintenance it has gone through throughout its life.
@Kirillva All metal on the car is solid and strong with zero visible signs of rust. In the album of listing photos we also have the underbody shot. This car has had all typical service items addressed throughout its life with no need for any bushings or mechanical work needed at the moment. It is ready to drive with no rattles or creeks and all suspension components are in great shape.
Very good example! Is the right front passage floor pan in good condition, no any rust? And Have the subframe bushings been replaced?
Anyone know the paint code for this color? Very pretty.
