This 1984 Mercedes-Benz 380SE shows 70k miles and was reportedly acquired by the seller from the original owner last year. The car is finished in Champagne Metallic (473) over Palomino (254) leather and power is provided by a 3.8-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Maintenance over the last year is said to include new plug wires, coil, cap, rotor, and spark plugs along with a rebuilt distributor. Additional service included a new fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel tank sending unit along with an oil and filter service. This W126 is now being offered by the seller with the factory tool kit, spare tire, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished Champagne Metallic (473) with darker lower cladding, and no history of accidents is shown on the Carfax. A scuff is noted on the corner of the front bumper, and the paint is believed to be original with the exception of a small spot under the headlight which was sanded and repainted due to surface rust. The seller reports slight fading on the passenger side that is only noticeable in certain light and some minor door dings which are pictured in the gallery.
A walk around video has been provided by the seller below.

@126lwb I replaced the wood on the shifter surround as it was cracked. All the other wood is believed to be original.
@Womar I have only driven it on short trips around 40 miles or so. That being said, I have never had an issue with it, and all the service is up to date, so I don't see why not.

Can it be driven all the way to Colorado?
The wood looks great on this! Is the wood original or has it been refinished?
