This pair of RECARO CSE seats were built in Germany in the 1980’s and show a “Made in W. Germany” stamp on the lower cladding. They’re upholstered in original Black leather with a matching back seat pocket and matching headrests. Features include heat function and power movement. The seller has not installed the seats and RECARO brackets are not included. These RECARO CSE seats are now offered by the seller in Thailand. Worldwide shipping is available at the buyer’s expense.
The seats are upholstered in Schwarz (Black) pebbled leather all around with solid leather on the bolsters, sides and headrests along with solid leather inserts. These specific models feature an embossed “RECARO” logo in the seat backs. The seats appear free from any major imperfections or tears and close-ups of the condition are viewable in the gallery. The rear panel features a leather map pocket and is also clad in solid black leather. Some light wear is noted and the leather is reported to be original.
The seat bottoms are photographed as well and included in the gallery. The original seat foam, electronics, motors and manufacturer's labels remain in place. RECARO-branded plastics adorn both sides of the seat bottoms where manual controls for the seatback folding function are located.
Both seats feature power functions for various position adjustments as well as heat. These RECARO seats are now offered by the seller in Thailand. Worldwide shipping is available at the buyer’s expense.

@Safa80 Hello, yes everything is in complete working order. All the functions work as they are intended to.
Do all of the seat control buttons perform as intended? Do all of the seat's adjustment functions work as intended? Do the inflatable segments of the seat bolsters inflate and hold their pressure until intentionally deflated? Do the memory features of each seat work? Do the heat functions work?
@MABongo99 @securewheels It costs around 1100 USD shipped via UPS.
shipping to 37208?

@SwissBliss can you send me your contact in Italy I have 2 sets of seats going in my w126 I need the switches refurbished
@Asmerani You will need Recaro adapters to put them between your seat rail and Recaro seat. These adapters were produced by Recaro for all popular car models. Adapters for W123 and W126 are the same as far as I know,

@Cascadia2024 it’s approx 1100 USD, due the package size and weight. They will be sent via UPS.
@Asmerani you would need rails specifically for these seats. We offer reproduction rails for 550$ which come specifically for the C126.
Dear Seller what about shipping in USA? How much?
Would the current Rails on the stock 560 SEC gen2. work with these seats? or we have to also source rails for these new seats?

I have a pair of CSEs I somehow got out of Ukraine early in the war before the MAGAt in chief took back over for a much much worse round two. They then travelled to Germany for a very nice reupholstery, and finally to me about 6-9 months later from purchase. I know just how lucky I was, and in my, and many many others' opinion, these are the absolute best seats ever made. I believe I was around 4k-6k all in, not including shipping the entire switches and electronics to Italy where a contact of mine rebuilt them, probably one of a few in the world with the knowledge and skill to do this, give me a shout (same handle on BenzWorld) if needed -- this was at a reasonable cost too! Very curious where these end up. I am planning on upgrading the seats in my e30 vert with some Recaro CS, but I will be keeping a close eye on these!
that’s not necessarily true on all items, it always has to do with what the sender declares the value of the items. We have sent to the US many times, and when declaring low amounts you rarely get charged for taxes.
If these are coming to USA be ready to pay 25% Tariff. The final price will be public on this platform. I suffered the same buying some old mercedes parts from UK when buying from an ebay auction.
