A walk-around and driving video has been provided by the seller below.
In 1991, Mercedes-Benz began production of the high-performance W124 variant with the M119-powered 500E. Seeing the demand for a V8-powered E-Class, Mercedes soon introduced the 400E in 1992. Using a smaller displacement M119 engine, the 400E provided customers with a mid-size luxury sedan that was powered by a larger engine than the typical six and four-cylinder variants offering more power and torque. In 1994, Mercedes changed their naming scheme badging the car as an E420 such as this example. Finished in a desirable Spruce Green Metallic over beige leather, this E420 will make for a fun and unique daily driver for its lucky new owner.

Pasha No 1 vehicle transporter in Hawaii estimated price Honolulu to San Francisco $970 https://www.pashahawaii.com/
As recent as November 2022 my folks shipped thier 1994 E-Klass C124 Coupe from the main island port to San Francisco transfering to an auto transport trucking firm; San Francisco to Vail, Colorado. . All toll was $5,100.- USD .. The folks C124 Coupe is a daily driver with 110,000 miles from new. .. Freight / Cartage cost have increased quite a bit.. Today's cost to ship a "Good to Great" condition 1996 Carrera to Frankfurt, Germany is down right stupid... Hope this helps as a present day reference, or metric. . Cheers
@cdwatnsu yes ,been on W124 facebook group a couple of years.
I had my green E 320 there from July 2020 through May 2021 in Mililani and Pearl City. I only saw one other W124s on the island. Are you in the Facebook group too?
Thank you, @Robe420
@elpasoben Hi and thanks for asking. The info below is taken from the web. The cost estimates vary between $1000 - $1700, depending on several factors including shipping company and destination port. Ports available in California include: San Diego Los Angeles / Long Beach San Francisco Bay Area / Oakland
Does anyone have an idea of how much it will cost to have it shipped back to the mainland?
