@oregonsportsman Good call. The records spoke volumes to me, but this baby got to me first. https://thembmarket.com/2005-mercedes-benz-s55-amg-designo-graphite-edition

@BenzWrencher Thanks!
I have just had a look at the VMI (I am a Mercedes-Benz dealership technician). To help the prospective buyer, the SBC system is still under Mercedes-Benz factory extended warranty until 2029. Happy bidding everyone, and I wish the seller, and buyer both, the very best of luck with the sale!
@BenzWrencher No it has not
@gsxr I do have both keys for it.
@turboregal hi yes i have both keys, all the keyless door handles work and sbc has been replaced. THe Hvac works great and engine mounts were replaced in those service records around120k i recall.

Some questions: - How many keys? - Does the HVAC work? Looks like two random pixels illuminated on the control panel. - How many of the Keyless Go handles work/don't work? They are notorious for going out. - Does the rear sunshade roll up and down? Also prone to failure. - Does the automatic trunk opening mechanism still work? Again, a known failure point. - Do service records indicate when the engine mounts were last replaced? - Any service records indicating service/repair/replacement of the SBC brake system, whether under warranty or not? - Any service records of suspension work (excluding the air struts)? If they haven't been replaced already, the front ball joints and thrust arms are probably toast. In addition to my other comment below about incorrect/mis-matched tire sizes, it should be noted that the car will need a brake job soon.

How many keys are included? I didn't see this mentioned in the listing or photos.

Has the car been to a dealership recently for a full xentry scan?

@DJMB_BKRPT Tech probably input the wrong mileage when he or she serviced it. I've seen that happen before a couple times.
@nabsan Hi, there has been no work done to the air suspension according to the records other than fix some leaking fitting long ago, the air shocks are still working great.

Looks like the odometer rollback is a typo on the dealership's part. I don't see someone racking up 40k miles in a month based on the mileage reports earlier on the carfax lol. Question for the Seller - Do any of those records in the binder indicate any services/work done for the air suspension?
Listing says tires are 245/45 up front and 265/35 out back. It actually has the correct 245/40s up front and incorrect 255/35s out back. Rears should be 265/35. Regardless, there are large chunks taken out of the sidewalls on at least two tires and one looks to have a bulge in the sidewall, so they need to be replaced ASAP anyways.

@DJMB_BKRPT hI I have no idea what that roll back means, the car is basically a one owner car and there is no record of any roll back in the service binder i have. I can confirm through MB dealer that the odometer has not been rolled back. Thanks
@mercedesmike Hi the car has only roughly 2200 miles on it since its last service, the first owner did not drive it much in the last few years. I can email you records if you would like. I am a Amg enthusiast and have only owned the car for a few months and am in the market for a E63s is the reason for selling. Thanks.
Any service history? Current ownership pretty brief?
Can you explain the odometer rollback on the CarFax?
