Filmed with my phone I do not know why it flutters the dash does not.When viewing the video there is a definite continual pulsating flutter within the dashboard speedometer? What exactly is that issue?This is a surprisingly rare spec as a 550 cab. These are remarkably quick and one of the best top down cruisers ever made.
