This 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet was initially sold and registered in California with the initial sale date logged as December 7th, 1993. It remained with the first owner in Sacramento through 2022 when it was acquired by the current owner and seller, who remains an MBCA member and MB enthusiast. It’s received thorough, documented service from new and shows 74k original miles. Finished in Black Pearl Metallic (199) over Black Leather (261), power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats with memory, a power-operated black soft top, power mirrors, cruise control, a driver and passenger airbag, central locking, a 6-disc CD changer, and a factory Becker head unit that’s been refurbished and fitted with Bluetooth connectivity. The included Carfax report shows 25 service hits and no accident damage. Most notably, the wiring harness was replaced with an updated unit under the first owner’s care. Additionally, the seller notes that all records from the first owner are kept and included in the sale. Most recently, an A-service was performed in addition to a new valve cover gasket, new spark plugs, a rebuild of the lower engine harness to complete the harness replacement, a new Hirschmann antenna, and a new exterior trunk handle. This E320 Cabriolet is now offered for sale by the current owner in California with two keys, factory literature, tool kit, a clean Carfax report, service records, and a clean California title.

This example is mounted with chrome 15” 8-hole OEM wheels shown in fantastic condition. While the photos show Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires, the seller has replaced them with new Michelin Defender tires in preparation for the sale. The new tires measure 195/65 at all four corners. The A124 came standard with ABS and a full-size spare in the trunk.
The cabin is upholstered in Black Leather (261) and features matching black carpets and Burl Walnut wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. The wood shows well with little to no UV damage and no cracks in the veneer. Both front seats are power operated with memory and show light wear. Interior appointments include automatic climate control, functional cruise control, a passenger and driver airbag, functional automatic seat belt presenters, a 6-disc CD changer, and a factory head unit which has been rebuilt by Becker and has integrated Bluetooth. Detailed photos of the cabin are available in the gallery.
The four spoke steering wheel frames analog instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. A digital outside temperature sensor can be found mounted below. The six-digit odometer shows just over 74k miles from new. The telescoping steering wheel functions as intended.
