The exterior is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) with matching bumpers and trim. Features include a power-operated sunroof, fog lights, and factory xenon headlamps. All body panels are believed to be original with original paint. The seller notes the rubber around the side mirrors and windshield shows cracking along with a touched up scuff behind the front wheel on the fender as pictured in the gallery.

Congratulations to the winner! You bought an awesome car. I’ll be in touch very soon. Thanks everyone for your interest.
97 E420 sold on BaT today for $18,000 with buyer fees. I think this is a rarer car that will be a great investment. Congratulations!
A lot of people don’t understand what a great car the W210 is. What a beautiful car.
With out of control inflation this could be an outstanding investment

@Eli42 In the U.S., a limited run of Special Edition last year models came with birdseye and were sold in a special silver "Quartz" that had a slightly purple hue. I believe they also had different wheels than typical 210's.

@Shenanigans I do have a few auction pics, I'll try to upload them now. Date code on tires shows 4515. Picture coming too.
Do you have any photos prior to the importation? Can you share the date code on the tires?

Hi everyone! I know every seller says that, but this car drives truly wonderfully, and this is 100% true statement. I've owned many Mercedeses among other brands of classic cars and this one handles very very well. I never owned U.S. market W210 so I cannot really compare them, but suspension on this car is silky smooth and very quiet. I did not address tires on purpose to let new owner decide which ones he or she prefers. Next thing after the tires could be brakes, but for now they are good for at least 5,000 miles. It seems that this car got all the love it needed from the previous owner in Japan (this was 1-owner car when I imported it). I haven't noticed any issues with the wiring harness - engine compartment was super clean when I got the car. Feel free to ask any question or schedule a test drive, and bid with confidence! Thanks
I meant wiring harness 😄
Great looking car. Any insight on the winning harness, thx. GLWS👍🏻
Other than new tires, what does the car need? How's the suspension and brakes?

Very cool options! Never knew a non AMG version came with birdseye wood. Don't think we ever got power folding mirrors in the US either

@thembmarket Cheers guys! Had friends get burned with some Euro spec'd BMWs. Appreciate the response!!
@Panzer The datacard confirms this was a Japanese market car (JDM) "Order Number 0 6 839 26140". It is an option code (498) car "Version for Japan". It is LHD but its optioned for Left Hand Traffic Headlights (613).
The car is not RHD, was it originally meant for the Russian domestic market? Is anyone able to able to confirm with the VIN?
