Original lights and glass are shown and photos of the exterior can be seen in the gallery below.
Aftermarket 16” Brabus-Style chrome wheels have been added under prior ownership and wear Michelin tires measuring 235/60 at all four corners. The car is equipped with Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR), and stopping power is provided by anti-lock four-wheel disc brakes.

Was going to bid but forgot to set an alarm - @mfiorillo got a good deal. Coincidentally, I sold my '99 S320 (black, but similar miles and condition) to my brother a couple years ago for $4500 - family discount :)

@Rockster80 Correct verbiage, The state of CT DMV does not re issue titles to vehicles 20 years or older hence bill of sale and current registration however title search is easy now days if you live in a state requiring.
Is there a title for this vehicle? I ask bcz of the verbiage "coms with....CT registration and a signed bill of sale"
@TA_NC no just the Brabus style rims from previous ownership. A set of chrome Mono blocks in my opinion would compliment the car nicely though :)
$2,750 bid placed by @mfiorillo
Any chance the original wheels are still with the car? I’m assuming not but thought I’d ask.
@Slb1051 not necessarily I just change cars frequently i honestly wouldn’t mind breaking even on this car don’t care if it pulls profit or not it is enjoyable now it’s time for my next project. Also wanted to get in on the community here as I will be uploading several more quality vehicles in the near future due to my Mercedes connections. There is no smoke in mirrors here I am very particular about my german cars.
So like a flip, then?
@Cornell89 Yes that could be arranged more than likely if you win bidding.
Thinking about taking the Acela up and driving home. Is the seller willing to meet the buyer at either New Haven Union Station or Hartford Union Station?
@austschank Yes the cruise control works just fine!
@Slb1051 unfortunately I do not have any more photos of the driver seat specifically just the ones taken by my photographer and listed however the seat has average wear and tear I would rate the interiors entirety a 9/10 just due to age otherwise in excellent condition and elderly owned. I’ve owned the car about 3 months roughly I am looking to sell to see what the W140s go for in this shape I frequently change cars as I get bored. Hope that answers your questions!
How long have you owned it? Carfax indicates 10 months. Is that correct? Do you have a better picture of the drivers seat bolster. Looks like it is pretty worn?
@Katt Absolutely!
@EddieAMG Can you contact me at [email protected]? I have several other question!
@Katt to answer your question no this model has the cup holder option not the factory integrated phone.
@Katt Yes when my photographer took most of these photos the car was left running, when shut off the antenna extends and retracts as it should.
$2,500 bid placed by @Katt
Is the antenna working on this unit? Every picture it is up?
UPDATE: the vehicle has just received a new steering box ( old one blew a seal due to age ), power steering flush, Coil packs, blower motor resistor, and spark plugs.
$1,000 bid placed by @milacaboy

@Mganzle unfortunately I do not have access to a lift at the moment I work a lot.. the car underneath is a solid 8/10 in terms of rust/moisture very clean for a New England car!
@Skid44 yes correct I have a bill of sale and current registration unfortunately in the state of COnnecticut they take the title away upon registration if the vehicle is 20 years or older however a title search is a fair easy process if you need to have a title in your state I can assist you
Can you add any pictures of the undercarriage? Curious about any possible rust issues. Thanks.
I’m confused. Bill of sale generally means there is no title. So…
If anyone has any questions regarding my S420 I will gladly answer to the best of my knowledge and in a timely manner Thank You!
