This 1999 Mercedes-Benz SLK230 was first sold in Massachusetts in January 2000 where it remained until relocating to Florida in 2014. The ‘Kompressor’ supercharged 2.3-liter 4-cylinder powerplant is rated at 185-hp and 200 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. An oil and filter change was performed in preparation for the sale.
The Carfax report lists registration history in Massachusetts and Florida with linear mileage updates and the aforementioned damage report in 2003. This R170 is offered with 3 keys, the owner's manual, a recent Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

@Arzegabriel Thats the low windshield washer fluid light.I was asking regarding the yellow light at the left side of the dashboard (pic 42)@Arzegabriel That yellow light is just the parking brake indicator. When the parking brake is engaged, the light stays on, and once you release the parking brake, the light turns off. @Arzegabriel I don’t have service records specifically for the transmission, suspension, or brake system. However, the brakes are in great condition, the suspension feels solid, and the transmission shifts very smoothly. We are a high volume dealership in boca raton we just got it in recently with minimum service records then we did a checkup service recently with all new fresh oils and everything checked out perfectly.Any service record for the transmission, suspension and brake system ?@Mikebar They are matching michelin pilot sports with 90% percent tread with 4k miles since been on the car. yes this car would be completely capable of doing that drive it was just serviced.Can you estimate the amount of tread left on the tires? Hi everyone! I am happy to present this 1999 SLK230 Compressor. This chassis is the R170 which was the first generation model in this class. The fact that it’s a manual transmission makes this SLK quite rare as they were more common in Europe than in the United States. This Amber Red Metallic color is very pretty especially up close. Even though it’s standard, non-special-edition color choice, this paint for the exterior was a lot less common than the popular Black and Brilliant Silver choices. With only 55k miles on the dash, this car has a lot of life left. The manual gearbox makes this car a great potential daily driver for the right enthusiast.
