This 2001 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG was delivered new and registered in Massachusetts in October of 2000 and remained under dealer service with multiple owners through 2014 when it was registered in Florida. This coupe is finished in Black (040) over a two-tone Silver and Black Exclusive AMG Leather (588). Power is provided by a 5.4-liter M113 V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include AMG styling including original 17” AMG Monoblock wheels, sculpted bumpers, and side skirts along with Xenon headlamps, heated front seats, an electric rear rollerblind, and a glass sunroof. The odometer indicates an original 96,120 miles since new and is offered by the selling dealer in New York with manufacturer’s literature, the original window sticker, an included Carfax report, dealer service records, and a clean Virginia title.
The car is finished in Black (040) and features AMG styling by way of sculpted front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and twin exhaust tips. The body panels are reportedly all original and are free from any damage or dents. Exterior options for this example include Xenon headlamps with integrated washers, front and rear fog lamps, and a glass power sunroof.
Factory staggered 17″ AMG Monoblock wheels measuring 17 x 7.5” up front and 17 x 8.5” in the rear are wrapped with Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires measuring 225/45 and 245/40 respectively. The wheels remain in excellent condition and retain their factory painted face and machined lip.
The cabin is upholstered in Silver and Black Exclusive AMG Leather (588) across all four seats, headrests, steering wheel, dashboard, center console, and door cards. Black birdseye maple veneers accent the center console and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, power-adjustable and heated front seats with position memory and multi-contour function, cruise control, a rear power rollerblind, and an integrated Passport SR1 radar detector. Original AMG embroidered floor mats are included with the car along with an OEM sunshade for the windscreen. The drivers door shows a cracked speaker cover and carpet trim pulling around the speaker.
A Silver and Black Exclusive AMG Leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and 7k-rpm tachometer along with gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 96,120 miles and shows complete pixels on the main screen and clock while the temperature display shows some pixel loss.
The 5.4-liter M113 V8 produced 342 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. A fresh oil and filter change was performed in preparation for the sale and various dealer service records are included, much of which have been documented on the included Carfax report.

While many assume the C208 CLK is just a two-door E55, it’s actually much closer in build and personality to the W202 C-Class. With a chassis from the lighter C and styling cues from the 210 lineup, the CLK55 blends the models nicely and offers arguably the best power plant to come out of Affalterbach since the 6.0 M117. Because these cars were so affordable in recent years, many didn’t survive the last decade or have been driven to more than two to three times the mileage of this example and clean examples like this have become increasingly rare to find, especially in such a handsome color combination.

Why such a lack of interest in this rare beauty?
The paint looks fantastic on this thing. Love black cars when they've been taken care of
@W210E55 100% agree the N/A M113 and 722.6 is the perfect pairing.
As the owner of both an A208 CLK 55 cabriolet and a W210 E55, I can absolutely confirm that the CLK chassis feels lighter on its feet and is more nimble in turns. The coupe feels a touch faster off the line while the E55 feels better rolling down the road with a heavier, more solid feel under foot. If the CLK55 coupe drives similarly to the convertible, it would be a tough decision as to whether the coupe or sedan 55 was the keeper. Any M113 and 722.6 pairing is golden.
In case the new owner needs some parts to freshen up this beauty lmk I can help.
