This 2004 Mercedes-Benz S500 was sold new by Loeber Motors of Lincolnwood, Illinois where it remained until relocating to Louisiana in 2021. Finished in Black (040) over Black Nappa Leather (841), power is provided by a 5.0-liter V8 mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Factory equipment includes power and heated front seats, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, Bi-Xenon headlamps, Bose audio, Airmatic suspension and a power rear sunshade. The exterior is finished in Black (040) and features a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, Bi-Xenon headlamps, heated headlamp washers, and LED turn signals and brake lights. The exterior has no corrosion and the factory blue-tinted glass is shown. The seller notes rock chips along the nose of the car and a minor accident reported in May 2022 on the Carfax report is listed as "very minor" resulting in a respray of the rear bumper.
Original 17” five-spoke alloy wheels are fitted with Firestone Firehawk All Season tires measuring 225/55 front and rear. Airmatic suspension is standard equipment offering adjustable ride height while the Adaptive Damping system provides adjustable stiffness.
The cabin is trimmed in Black Nappa Leather (841) with matching carpets and floor mats while Burl Walnut wood trim lines the center console, dashboard, and door panels. Both front seats are heated and offer 14-way power adjustability. Additional interior amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose audio system, a 6-disc CD changer, and a power rear window sunshade. Detailed photos of the cabin and trunk can be seen in the gallery.
The leather steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer along with a 6k-rpm tachometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Digital instrumentation includes an outside temperature sensor, a digital clock and a digital odometer which shows just 83k miles.
This W220 is powered by a 5.0-liter M113 V8 engine which is factory rated for 315 horsepower and 349 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. The seller reports an engine oil and oil filter change in preparation for the sale.
The Carfax report linear mileage updates and the aforementioned minor damage report along with 20 service history records. This 2004 S500 is now offered for sale by the selling dealer in Louisiana with two keys, factory literature, a Carfax report and a clean Louisiana title.

For what it’s worth to the bidders, I was a previous owner of this car a couple of years ago. It was trouble free for the time that I owned it. My only reason for trading it with @Crbine123 was to get a 2005 S600. Bid with confidence as it is even cleaner now than it was two years ago! Good luck
