This 2004 Mercedes-Benz SLK320 was delivered new at MotorWorld of Wilkes-Barre, PA in November 2003 and subsequently sold by the same dealer as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz to the second owner as it remained in the Pennsylvania area through 2021. Finished in Black (040) over Sienna Beige/Black (215) two-toned leather, this R170 SLK is powered by a 3.2-liter M112 V-6 power plant mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include xenon headlamps, a power-folding hardtop, heated seats, automatic climate control, CD changer and headlamp washers. Service in preparation for sale includes a fluid service and replacement of the transmission mount. The odometer presents only 56k original miles. This SLK is now offered by the selling dealer in Georgia with factory books and literature, two keys, original tool roll, jack, spare tire, first aid kit, and a clean Carfax report.
The body is finished in Black (040) and is reportedly free of any notable rust or corrosion. Exterior features include foglamps, xenon headlamps with washers, integrated side-view turn signals and a power-retractable hardtop with an electrically heated rear window. The front bumper is believed to have been resprayed under prior ownership, but all remaining paintwork is believed to be original and the panel gaps are symmetrical. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage across four total owners and a scuff on the rear bumper is highlighted in the gallery.
The chrome 16" 5-spoke wheels are wrapped in Michelin Primacy HP tires measuring 205/55 all around and showing 2013 date codes. Four-wheel disc brakes are mated to red-painted calipers at all four corners and the wheels appear free of major curb rash or other significant imperfections. The vehicle is reportedly rust-free and underbody photos demonstrating the condition of the suspension and underside are viewable in the gallery.
The interior is trimmed in Sienna Beige/Black (215) two-toned leather with matching carpets, dash and center console. The leather hides on both bucket seats are heated and present in good condition. Additional features include manual climate control, cruise control, cup holders, and the factory Mercedes-Benz radio with hidden cassette and trunk-mounted CD changer. The entry/skid plates and pedals wear OEM metal sport trim with black rubber accents and “V6” scripting. Eucalyptus wood trim adorns the steering wheel, shifter, center console, air vents, and doors with no cracks or other visible imperfections in the trim. The rubberized interior trim paint appears free of any peeling or cracking and SLK-branded OEM carpet mats are installed and included with the sale.
The four-spoke wood and leather wrapped steering wheel sits in front of a gauge cluster displaying a 160-mph speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, and additional readouts for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer reads just under 57k original miles. A digital clock and outside temperature gauge are also present.
The 3.2-liter M112 V-6 cylinder powerplant is rated at 215-hp and 229 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed automatic transmission. The transmission mount was replaced and a fluid service was performed in preparation for sale.
This final year model SLK is now offered by the selling dealer in Georgia with factory books and literature, two keys, original tool roll, jack, spare tire, first aid kit, and a clean Carfax report showing linear mileage updates over the car’s lifetime with no accidents or other damage.

As we approach the final 15 minutes, please allow us to answer one last question: We are indeed very long-term licensed Georgia dealers. Therefore, if you’re a Georgia resident, we must abide by GA law and collect the required 6.6% title tax (TAVT). If you’re a non-Georgia resident, however, we’ll collect precisely $0.00 above your winning bid (i.e., no surprise fees). Of course, a non-Georgia resident will be 100% responsible to register the car himself in his home state; almost certainly, he’ll need to pay sales tax and misc registration fees. Good luck to the Bidders! Thanks, David & Jeff.

Happy Wednesday afternoon to the bidders and watchers. To answer a commonly-asked question, the name of our business is Princeton Motorcars LLC in Marietta, Georgia (just outside Atlanta). We’re just 2 middle-aged, friendly guys who’ve both been employed in the Atlanta automotive arena for nearly 30 years. Having worked extremely hard to maintain our 100% spotless 5-star ratings on both Google and eBay, we hope that you'll check out our multi-year reviews for your added peace of mind. If you’re the fortunate new owner of this low-mileage SLK320, we’re always available on our personal cells (7 days per week, including holidays) to assist with shipping and to answer your questions. Thanks for your support! David and Jeff.

It's always good seeing these in nice shape. Some long-overdue recognition is in order for how they've aged.

@EddieFlyW202 Nice catch! The listing has been updated accordingly. Thank you.
I've never been a fan of chrome wheels on the R170 SLKs but they look nice here on a black car w/red calipers. I had a sliver SLK320 years ago and really enjoyed it. They're a blast to drive and super easy to maintain. GLWA
@EddieFlyW202 You are correct and thanks for pointing out the discrepancy. We will get that changed.
The M112 is a V6 not an I6. The First V6 produced by Mercedes Benz.
