This 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK250 BlueTEC was first delivered to Mercedes-Benz Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and sold to the current owner and seller. Finished in Black (040) over Black MB-Tex (121), power is provided by a turbocharged 2.1-liter diesel 4-cylinder paired to a 7-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. Additional equipment includes automatic headlamps, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, aftermarket cross bars mounted to the roof rails, and all-weather floor mats. Maintenance records since new are included with the GLK and an oil analysis has been performed in preparation for the sale. Results can be seen in the gallery below. This GLK250 BlueTEC shows 134k miles and is now offered by the first owner with the original window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, two original key FOBs, maintenance records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The GLK is finished in Black (040) and features chrome styling cues around the dual-exit exhaust, front valance and LED marker lamps, and lower door panels. Aluminum-trimmed running boards can be seen on either side of the car and show rubber studs for traction. The seller has included photos showing several small paint chips along the car in the gallery below as well as noted a partial clear bra that shows cracking. The front grille shows a missing trim tab at the top and is also viewable in the gallery. The included Carfax shows an accident-free history.
Original 19’ alloy wheels wear Wildpeak All-Terrain tires measuring 235/55 showing 2019 date codes and ample tread. Photos have been provided showing brake pad depth as well.
The cabin is upholstered in Black MB-Tex (121) with matching door panels and carpets. Optional Aluminum trim accents the dashboard, center console, and doors. Amenities include pre-wiring for Becker Maps, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable heated front seats, folding rear seats, and rain-sensing wipers. The interior is noted to be in good condition with very little wear showing. The seller notes the front seat cushions were replaced in the last year.
The power-adjustable steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A central digital display displays the exterior temperature, time, mileage, drive gear, and other menu options controlled by the multifunction steering wheel. The digital odometer indicates 134k miles since new.
The turbocharged 2.1-liter diesel 4-cylinder produced 200 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission and a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. An oil change was performed in February of 2022 and an oil analysis prepared for the sale. The results can be seen in the gallery and notes no irregularities with all measurements in tolerance. The GLK includes a complete maintenance history including the Blackstone lab engine oil and ATF reports. Preventatively, a heavy duty Weistec engineering transmission oil pan was installed in December of 2019. The following services have been performed since 2021; all 3 engine mounts (Genuine Mercedes), all front control arms (Lemforder), genuine MB intermediate axle bearing on the front left, both front axles for failed inner rubber boots (Genuine MB), and a genuine MB DENSO air conditioning compressor and condenser. The BlueTEC recall was performed in 2021 via Mercedes-Benz adding 2 years and 40k miles of coverage to the exhaust system, SCR and related engine auxiliaries.
The Carfax report shows a clean history and linear mileage reported since new. The seller notes that two owners are shown in the Carfax history as the owner purchased in their company initially and then transferred to themselves personally. This GLK250 BlueTEC is now offered by the first owner with the original window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, two original key FOBs, maintenance records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
As our first GLK auctioned, we couldn't be more pleased with the example. The GLK250 BlueTEC was often overlooked and forgotten as a notable MB of the era. Combine that awesome diesel torque with endless miles of possibilities, these little SUV's were massively capable and easy-going. What's most attractive about this example is the single ownership since new showing just how attentive an owner can be when they care about their Mercedes. From the work performed to the particular notes and maintenance organization, we love seeing provenance like this for a modern MB. This GLK is bound to make a great addition to a buyer's garage.

@KFrazier yes. They both have om651
I assume this is the same engine as the W212 E250 which I can say has been an awesome powerplant for me. Incredible fuel efficiency and gobs of torque. Very neat in the GLK!
@GerryPurcell I honestly have no clue, but I do know it can be removed. I noticed in some spots the top layer of the bra had started peeling off, so I would assume it will be gone eventually with no paint damage. I still have a brand new bra I purchased a few years ago, but since it doesn’t bother me much I kinda let it go.
@denis1 thanks, one other question…how difficult is it to remove that hood/bra protector without damaging the paint? Thanks
@GerryPurcell it is. It can go coast to coast with no issues
@denis1 is it all set for a 1,000 road trip?

@Badbmw it says so because the car was originally registered under my company’s name
Carfax indicates multiple owners!?
My name is Denis and I’m the original owner of the car that I purchased brand new in Ft Lauderdale FL. I’ve been maintaining the car myself the entire time with the exception of some warranty/recall work. Feel free to contact me if you have any question regarding the vehicle. Thanks!
Don’t know why I’m surprised but all terrain tires look awesome on this!
