This 2021 Mercedes-AMG G63 is being relisted after it did not meet reserve in 2023 on The MB Market. This example started life as a G63 before undergoing extensive modification by BRABUS when new. The BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP package consists of a chassis extension, Widestar bodywork, a BRABUS PowerXtra+ package and a custom BRABUS fine leather interior. Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197) over Burned Oak Leather, power is provided by a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine mated to a nine-speed AMG SpeedShift TCT with a two-speed transfer case and three locking differentials. Equipment includes Brabus Ride Control suspension, portal axles front and rear, a pick-up loading area with tailgate, a 4.5-ton winch, a black roll bar, extended running boards, a BRABUS valve-control sports exhaust, a BRABUS carbon interior package and much more. The exterior is finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197) and features Brabus Widestar bodywork with additional decorative Carbon panels specific to the Adventure XLP package. The chassis received a 500mm extension along with a pick-up loading area and tailgate with Carbon side panels and BRABUS badging. Carbon front fender flares add 4 inches of width and feature LED lighting for the extended electric running boards. Additional exterior equipment includes a Carbon engine bonnet, Carbon roof top with LED beam lights, Carbon wind deflector, a roof carrier with black aluminum cladding, a 4.5-ton electric winch, trailer hitch, an underride protection package and an illuminated BRABUS radiator grille. BRABUS badging consists of a BRABUS double-b grille insert, BRABUS badges on the fenders, door handle and tailgate and an 800 Adventure XLP badge mounted at the rear. Factory equipment includes the Parktronic package with parking sensors and a 360° camera, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, an electrically-heated windshield and multibeam LED headlights.
Wider 9.5x22” forged Brabus Monoblock HD wheels fill out the fenders and wear a gunmetal black finish with polished accents. Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires measuring 325/55 are found on all four corners and come fitted with tire pressure control sensors. Upgraded height-adjustable BRABUS Ride Control suspension wears a titanium coating and is mounted to portal axles front and rear providing over 19 inches of ground clearance.
The cabin is finished in a custom Burned Oak Leather with Rising Diamond quilting and BRABUS double-B embroidery on the headrests. Accompanying modifications include matching quilted leather floor mats, a Cognac leather dashboard, leather seat back covers, dark brown trim in place of chrome trim, a BRABUS interior Carbon package, Adventure XLP badging on the passenger-side grab handle and BRABUS fine leather badging on the seats. Both front seats are heated and ventilated and feature active multicontour with massage functions. Interior amenities include illuminated BRABUS Carbon entry panels, 64-color ambient lighting, a Driver Assistance package, IWC clock, heated rear outboard seats, three-zone automatic climate control, Burmester surround sound system and a 12.3” multimedia display with Apple Carplay and Android auto. All four doors feature BRABUS Easy Entry hinges allowing them to open up to 90 degrees.
The AMG performance steering wheel features matching Burned Oak leather with black carbon fiber and brown accents. Behind sits a 12.3” digital instrument cluster with a 300km/h speedometer and 8k-rpm tachometer featuring red accents and BRABUS V8 Biturbo branding. The digital odometer currently reads 8,421 KMs (~5k Miles) from new. The steering wheel features touch control buttons for both displays as well as BRABUS Carbon shift paddles.
The 4.0-liter biturbo V8 has received a BRABUS PowerXtra+ package including BRABUS turbochargers with larger 52mm compressors, reinforced bearings and BoostXtra blow off valves allowing for 1.6 bar (23.2 psi) of boost. Controlled by the PowerXtra performance ECU, this power plant is able to produce 800 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a nine-speed AMG SpeedShift twin-clutch transmission with a two-speed transfer case and locking differentials front, rear and center. The BRABUS valve-control exhaust system features 76mm dual black-chrome side-exit tailpipes which can be seen on either side below the running boards.
