@Vcm913yes the wheel fitments between the S124 and W124 are the same and these would fit directly with 225/45R17 tires.

@Casanovajjc - a quick google search shows that people have attempted to put these wheels on a C208/A208 CLK before. However, we cannot guarantee this fitment. It may require the use of spacers, different tire sizes and/or M12/M14 hybrid lug bolts to get them to work. These wheels are intended for 14mm ball seat lug bolts, and CLKs may take 12mm bolts depending on the year.
