@tino I think that no matter how the car drives collectors will collect, most collectors don't drive most of their cars anyway.
Stunning, like new!
@refusedname while i was downloading pics of this car for my album i have seen conversation between @herr_flick and the seller, but can see that herr_flick is not answering now. I don't think you will get an answer from Herr_flick because he put a description of why AMG didn't put a V8 in the convertible and he put the price for how much the car was sold for a few months ago in Europe. The seller reacted quite briskly to that post and kindly asked Herr Flick to remove it. So then Herr Flick reduced his long post to two sentences. I don't know why the seller would react like that, as if the information about when it was sold and where it was sold cannot be found on the Internet, Facebook or forums. The internet remembers everything! The seller probably thought that herr_flick was shitting about the car. It's a shame that the car is not a coupe because of all the w124 versions, the coupe drives best, that would be great because the cabriolet is more for easy cruising than fast driving. We will see how this auction goes. @refusedname i agree with your point about cars from the Sultan of Brunei. Sultan has all kinds of modifications, if you had enough money AMG and Brabus would do whatever you wanted, they would probably install an electric drive even back in the nineties if you paid enough. You need to drive these cars to know what they are like. But again, on the other hand, the seller says that the car drives great, so there is no reason not to trust him...maybe driving video would help.
