@300GWRO Undercarriage photos are coming. We have owned the car for the last year and used it for the Miami F1 event and for a few local events. We are planning to complete a massive detailing of the car, unfortunately this did not happen before photos were taken. Paint correction, some cryo detailing in the engine bay and an interior cleaning. It is a fantastic foundation. We did not have any period service history thus why we sent the car to Renntech and told them to do EVERYTHING it needs.
@Ali63The AMG package delivered through Yanase the AMG distributor in Japan included the following performance upgrades to the SL600. AMG Power output was increased from 389hp to 434hp. Updated AMG air intakes - w/unique AMG part numbers ECU mapping AMG Exhaust Let us know if you have any more questions!
@rascoYes the vehicle does come with a hard top, you can see a photo of it here: https://imgur.com/3UThBXj The vehicle is currently getting a full once-over by RennTech, when it returns we will get photos of the headliner, attachment hardware, and detailed shots of the seals. Rest assured its in excellent condition just like the rest of the car.
While we’re disappointed that we didn’t ultimately win the Hammer auction, The MB Market absolutely made the right call by allowing all parties to participate when the site slowed down and prevented some active bidders from placing new bids. It would have been unfair to the seller, the other bidders, and the value of all Hammers if we hadn’t agreed to allow all bids to be entertained as “best and final” offers. Maintaining integrity and transparency for cars of this caliber is essential to the hobby and their future values, and we’re glad the correct call was made here by The MB Market and the other parties involved. Bittersweet, sad, a mixture of emotions. I’m genuinely happy for these cars, the seller, new owner and The MB Market. PS: Does anyone know of any other Hammers for sale?
