@stuttgart_steel apologies. Watched the video where you said no smells ;)
@stuttgart_steel any smoker Smells or pet odors? Thanks!
Hi. I am local. Possible to see the car for a walk around inspection?
@seller Great car! do you have photos of some of the records? And I might have missed it, but more than one key? thanks.
@mercedesml thank you!
The inevitable question….How difficult to title in US?
Rear seat headrests did not come with car unless optioned w 3rd seat.
With two Florida owners, does it have all books, maintenance records and keys?
@CNmotorcars, Congratulations! I love this car, and I'm sure you will too. She punches above her weight. I will be in touch!
We will sell this today!
Hard to believe this is a 20 year old car that was $53K when new. Doors still close with a thunk. Drives as tight as a new MB. And if you're bald like me, your head can burn to the same shade of bronze as it can in a new $130K SL, for a fraction of the cost....
Final few hours. Please remember to refresh and make sure you are logged in (he said after learning the hard way as a bidder...)
@zag65 no worries. Thanks for the interest!
@zag65 I’m not sure what you mean. Automatic transmission is listed as an option on sticker and is visible in the photo of the sticker.
Hi viewers. Just over a day to go on the auction of this pristine little Benz.. Please let me know if you have questions!
Welcome to the auction of my sweet little SLK320. I’ve owned the car since Summer 2022. The Pewter over two tone Sienna beige/charcoal is really unique, and very handsome. It was a one owner car from new prior to my purchase, never in salt, no corrosion, and well maintained. I’m selling to make room for another in my collection. It’s in heated/cooled storage and not driven in foul weather. Under my care, I’ve done the following: Oil change/service Added four new continental tires (2022 date codes) Full inspection, including top hydraulics Repaired faulty brake light switch New OEM floormats Repaired SRS light that goes on and off intermittently (there seems to be a faulty connection in the grid under the seat bottom…I didn’t want to risk taking upholstery off to repair, but I did purchase a new sensor that comes with car should you chose to repair it) Everything on the car works. Air blows ice cold. Radio, top, seats, electronics….all work perfectly Known flaws: Stone chips, a few small dings and scrapes from 20 years of use (noted with my finger in photos) All paint is original except drivers door. Previous owner said it was dinged in a parking lot with shopping cart and was repainted. Driver fog light mesh is loose. Center console paint chipping (typical of these models…can be painted/refreshed) and some wear on driver seat bottom cushion. All original glass, but windshield has two small chips there were there when I bought the car, and I've had both spots professionally repaired to prevent spreading. Car comes with all books, receipts, two keys, original floormats, original window sticker, new SRS sensor for passenger seat, and original materials from Mercedes-Benz of Huntington NY. It’s a fast, reliable little SLK. I can’t say enough good about these cars, and this car in particular. It still smells like a leather-clad Mercedes. Will be here to answer questions throughout the auction.
Hi, will you be posting undercarriage photos, especially since the car was from Canada? there appears to be an area of rust bubble under door shown in your video...can you take a closer photo of that? thanks.
@djclassics thank you!
@chillywill67 beautiful car. I can't tell in photos...is the plastic coming off the black canvas of the top, or is that an illusion? Does the car have two keys? Date code on tires? thanks!
Congrats @boulderBuff. It sure is a beauty. Enjoy!
Do you have closer photos of soft top (in addition to hard top previously mentioned). Thx
@mbheritage thanks! Love the radio trick! And date code on tires? Sorry to be a pest. Thx
Hi @mbheritage. The description says “aftermarket head unit” but looks like radio delete. Is there something behind that panel? Does climate control work properly? Any warning lights currently on? date codes on tires? Lastly, naive question… I don’t know headlight level adjustment existed. Are the headlights properly leveled as is?. Thank you!
was this the same car that was cancelled over on Cars and Bids? why?
@princetonMC thanks!
Hi, could you tell me the date codes on tires? can't seem to decipher. thanks.
@actonautoboutiq thank you
@mbmarket are total pros. Thanks for handling this doofus. For anyone in Vancouver BC, I’m sure you’ll see the E on a corner lot with “Runs great! Cold A/C” in neon in the windshield. Seems like a solid car, but from a shaky seller, so beware.
@e300man and @mbmarket. Total rookie move. I’ve purchased many cars on BaT, and imported two. I’ve never had a SELLER back out of a no reserve auction. This dude needs to be banned …. Not that it matters. He won’t be back. Mbmarket please refund my buyers fee already charged .
Seems like an awesome car. @e300man thx. I’ve purchased from Vancouver before so hopefully it’ll be just as simple as before !
beautiful car. do you by chance have a snap of the window sticker or spec sheet with exact options listed? thanks!
@uniqueR107 is the original radio included in the sale? thank you.
did the entire front end get updated? it appears to have a Distronic star, but no Distronic listed.
