This 2008 Mercedes-Benz S550 4Matic was sold new by Mercedes-Benz of Wilkes-Barre to the original owner in May 2008. In 2013, the car was purchased by the second and only other owner before being recently acquired by the selling dealer. Finished in Calcite White (650) over Black Nappa Leather (801), this S550 is powered by a 5.5L M273 V8 paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission. Features on this example include a backup camera, blind spot assist, panoramic sunroof, heated steering wheel, night view assist, keyless-go, bi-xenon headlamps with active curve illumination, and much more. Additional options include the AMG Sport package, Rear seat package, Distronic Plus, and Premium 3 (P3). The cabin features Burl Walnut veneer trim finishing the center console, door cards, armrest, and steering wheel. Interior features include four-zone climate control, heated and ventilated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, Keyless-Go, Night View assist, Blind Spot assist, a backup camera, rear folding vanity mirrors, an electric rear roller blilnd, and Bluetooth phone capability.
The heated leather and walnut adorned steering wheel frames a 160-mph digital speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, and a digital odometer with trip function showing just over 50k miles. Additional readouts include fuel level and coolant temperature, along with digital readouts for various assistance programs, outside temperature reading, and infotainment menus.

According to this article, this problem was solved beginning with engine serial numbers that are higher than: • M272 Engine Serial No. 2729..30 468993 • M273 Engine Serial No. 2739..30 088611 Also, FYI, you can enter the VIN number on the Lastvin.com website and get the engine number for any given Mercedes. According to Lastvin.com, the engine number for this car should be 27396830 255668, which would be in the safe range. But I will defer to the seller to confirm if this is the correct engine number. Welcome to my latest auction! This is really an exceptional car, I have known this car from day one and it has been owned by two customers who have numerous other vehicles, hence the low miles. All service is up to date and the car needs nothing, the only fault is some minor curbing on the wheels.
