This W140 was originally sold in California and shows California registration from new. The Carfax report shows linear mileage updates from new along with dealer service visits and no accidents or damage reports. This S320 is now offered for sale by the current owner in Glendale, Arizona with both remote keys, the original owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report and a clean Arizona title in the name of the current owner’s business.
A cold-start video has been provided by the seller below.
The W140 could be regarded as one of the best Mercedes-Benz ever produced, let alone one of the best sedans to ever grace any roadway. As the final model year for the W140, this car is immediately attractive with the "monochromatic" facelift in it's final form. These cars are known for their robust build quality and were built at a time when Mercedes focused on building the best car possible, not the bottom line on their profit & loss statement. The M104-powered long wheelbase makes this the perfect highway and city driver for mixed use and although the V8-powered W140’s have a little more punch, the straight 6 was no slouch and both reliability and longevity (Not to mention easier for today's fuel prices). With a life spent in California and now Arizona, buyer’s can be confident in the condition of this long-wheelbase sedan which shows just 110k miles and extensive dealer service records.

@stanmirzayev good luck with your sale
@IURASHA I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address the concerns you have expressed regarding your recent purchase of the 2001 Mercedes CL500 from me in a previous sale. I understand that you are dissatisfied with the sale, and I would like to take this opportunity to provide further information and clarification. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for choosing to purchase the vehicle from me. As a private seller, it is my utmost priority to provide an honest and transparent experience to all buyers. I take great care in ensuring that the vehicles I sell are in prime condition and thoroughly inspected. Prior to the sale, several parts of the car were replaced to ensure its optimal performance, which were provided in the ad with pictures. You were invited to have an independent inspector review the car, but you declined this opportunity. In an effort to provide transparency, I also shared pictures and videos of the undercarriage, suspension, and overall condition of the vehicle.
@Komikdeil Thanks, removed
