This 2001 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG was sold new Euro Motorcars in Bethesda, Maryland where it remained until 2004 when it relocated to New York. The seller has added 10k miles since acquiring the car in January 2024 in Illinois. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Black and Gray Leather (528), power is provided by a hand-built 5.4-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Factory equipment includes a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, Xenon headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, heated multicontour front seats, Bose audio and a trunk-mounted CD changer. The Carfax report shows 30 service history records and the most recent service in included new spark plugs, wires, coils, drive belt, water pump, rear stabilizer struts, new rear tires, and more. Exterior features include Xenon headlamps with fog lamps front and rear, heated headlamp and windshield washers, rain-sensing wipers, remote central locking, a garage door opener and power adjustable door mirrors with an auto-dimming driver side. The seller notes some bubbling under the paint showing on both rear fenders and the edge of the driver door. 

Factory 18” AMG Monoblock wheels come fitted with 245/40 Michelin Pilot Sport tires up front and 275/35 Kumho Ecsta tires in the rear. Date codes show 2021 up front and 2023 in the rear. Disc brakes are mounted on all four corners with four-piston calipers mounted at the front. In August 2024 the car received a new front left side bearing and new rear driver side bearing. 

The cabin is trimmed in Black and Gray Leather (528) with original matching AMG floor mats and Black Bird’s Eye Maple wood trim lining the center console, dashboard and door panels. Both front seats are heated and offer multicontour adjustment with three-position memory for both passenger and driver. A configurable digital display is mounted in the speedometer along with a digital outside temperature sensor, and a digital clock. The digital odometer shows 121k miles, 10k of which have been added by seller since January 2024.

This W210 is powered by a hand-built AMG 5.4-liter V8 which is rated for 349 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax report shows 30 service history records. The most recent service in August 2024 included new spark plugs and wires, coils, drive belt, water pump, front left side bearing, rear driver side bearing, rear stabilizer struts, transmission selector, and four new tires. The transmission fluid and an oil service was performed approximately 1k miles ago.
