This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC Wagon was sold new by Globe Motor Car Company of Fairfield, New Jersey and was first registered as a personal lease vehicle. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Anthracite MB-Tex (131), the wagon pairs Mercedes’ durable leatherette seating surfaces with matching black carpeting and Burl Walnut wood trim. Power is provided by a 3.5-liter M272 V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. Factory equipment includes the Elegance Package, 17” alloy wheels, a glass tilt/slide sunroof, heated front seats, rear side-window sun blinds, a folding rear-facing third-row bench seat, COMAND DVD Plus, a CD changer, premium harman/kardon sound, heated windshield washers, a larger-capacity fuel tank, and an emergency spare tire. The seller notes that the wagon remains fully original, with the exception of a replacement non-OEM headliner and aftermarket driver-side mirror glass. The odometer currently shows just over 102k miles, and service records from new are included. Recent service includes differential fluid service, brake service, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid and filter service, intake manifold gaskets, wheel bearing service, and replacement of the drive belt, idler pulley, and serpentine belt. This S211 is now offered with extensive service records from new, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title.
The exterior is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features chrome trim along the beltline, grille, and bumper covers. Exterior equipment includes a power glass sunroof, roof rails, a power tailgate, heated windshield washer system, rear window wiper, automatic-dimming mirrors, and factory rear side-window sun blinds. The seller notes that the driver-side mirror glass has been replaced with an aftermarket unit, and cosmetic flaws include minor rock chips across the front bumper, notable chips and scratches on the hood, significant scratches on the rear passenger-side bumper area, and paint damage in the driver-side door jamb. The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage reported, and the wagon is said to remain fully original. Additional exterior photos are provided in the gallery.
The factory five-star alloy wheels measure 17x6.5 all around and come mounted with Michelin Pilot MXM4 tires measuring 225/55R16 at all four corners. The tires show 2018 date codes. The seller notes significant curb rash on some of the wheels along with paint peeling on one of the center caps. Braking is handled by standard four-wheel disc brakes, and recent service includes a brake service in July 2025 followed by a brake fluid flush in September 2025. Additional recent maintenance includes a differential fluid service, a transmission fluid and filter service, and a wheel bearing service.
The cabin is trimmed in Anthracite MB-Tex upholstery (131), a durable Mercedes leatherette material used across the seating surfaces and interior trim. Matching black carpets line the cabin, while Burl Walnut wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, shifter, and door panels. Interior equipment includes heated power-adjustable front seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, COMAND DVD Plus, a CD changer, premium sound, rear side-window sun blinds, a garage door opener, cup holders, folding rear seats, and a rear-facing third-row bench seat in the cargo area. The headliner was replaced within the last six months, although the seller notes it is not an OEM unit. Interior flaws noted by the seller include wear and cracking on the driver’s seat bottom, peeling material around an A/C vent, a driver sun visor that sticks, and a driver’s seat that adjusts but does not slide fully forward.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer with a centrally mounted multifunction display, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and digital readouts for fuel level and coolant temperature. Controls for cruise control and vehicle functions are mounted to the steering column and steering wheel. The digital odometer currently shows just over 102k miles.
The naturally aspirated M272 3.5-liter V6 was factory rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 722.6 five-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The car has an extensive service history, with the seller reportedly having service records from new. Recent service includes a differential fluid change in July 2025, brake service, transmission fluid and filter replacement, intake manifold gasket replacement, wheel bearing service, a brake fluid flush in September 2025, and replacement of the drive belt, idler pulley, and serpentine belt in early 2026. Prior to the current service, the seller reports new liftgate struts , new rear air shocks, a new air compressor, a new crankshaft position sensor, a new intake manifold, and new primary and auxiliary batteries between 2023 and 2024. The seller notes that the key occasionally requires a second attempt before the vehicle starts, with the issue reportedly believed to be related to the Drive Authorization System rather than the starter. The rear wiper washer nozzle does not spray, though the rear wiper motor is functional. Other noted items include a driver’s seat that does not slide fully forward and a driver-side sun visor that sticks slightly.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage reported, no total loss, no structural damage, no airbag deployment, no odometer rollback indication, no open recalls, and no title or odometer brands. The report lists 45 service history records, four previous owners, and registration history in New Jersey, Tennessee, and Georgia. This E350 4MATIC Wagon is now offered with just over 101k miles, service records from new, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title.
The seller has included the following videos:
The S211 E-Class wagon has become one of the most loved modern Mercedes longroofs for good reason, and enthusiasts seem to be coming back around to these cars as newer options become more complicated, more expensive, or disappear from the market entirely. In an era where wagons have largely been replaced by SUVs, the E-Class wagon still feels like the car that quietly got the formula right. It has real cargo space, a usable third row, all-weather confidence from 4MATIC, and the kind of solid, overbuilt feel that has become harder to find in newer cars. Even by modern standards, these wagons remain impressively composed. The steering has the right weight, the chassis feels planted, and the cabin has the quiet, substantial feel that made the W211 generation such a strong point in Mercedes’ modern history. It is not trying to be precious or exotic, which is part of the appeal. This is the kind of Mercedes you can actually use, load up, road trip, commute in, and put miles on without feeling like you’re doing the wrong thing. This example checks many of the right boxes for someone looking for a usable modern-classic wagon. The Brilliant Silver over Black/Anthracite specification is timeless, the factory third row adds real practicality, and the Carfax report shows no accidents or damage along with extensive service history. For the enthusiast who wants a Mercedes wagon that still feels properly engineered, drives with confidence, and does not need to sit tucked away in a garage, this S211 E350 4MATIC makes a very strong case for itself.

I actually got to chat with the owner and I saw the car in person a few months ago. It's honestly represented in this listing and I got to start it up and let it idle and poke around it. It has a ton of potential and just need a few little things to make it super nice (seat bolster, curbed wheels, etc -- all easily fixable for not that much money). It has so much life left in it and is nicer than most S211s I see on the road. The Carfax shows really strong services throughout its life too which makes me happy. Our conversation basically ended with "I want it to go to a good home to someone who appreciates it." That's why it's here on The MB Market. Good luck to the seller and to whoever buys it. You'll love it. The S211 is peak E-Class wagon.Thank you for the transparency; that's what makes this site so good.@pamdj o.k. had to bring in the experts with the MB Market doing a deep dive. Technically it is in that range. It's closer to the edge of the range, but nonetheless it's there. I've been told that it's a low likelihood of it being an issue if it's been this long and more than 100,000 miles without a problem. But, I obviously want to be honest that the engine code is so it's more an "if" than a "when," but want you to have all the information possible. Hope this helps!Thank you so very much.@pamdj I believe it falls outside the range but I'm double checking for you!On a previous service did the technician inspect the engine serial number to see if it falls outside the defective M272 balance shaft range, or has the balance shaft sprocket already been updated? Thank you!"$3,200 bid placed by @Stevenlibes

Additional photos showing the underside, headliner, and battery have been added to the gallery.@DLC32 Gonna get those dropped in shortly! Thanks for asking.@Honeybun It's such a cruiser. It would love to stretch its legs. The previous owner would road trip it from ATL down to FL regularly and that comfort and reliability was something that impressed me. For work, I drive from ATL to Birmingham, AL at least once a month and it's so good on the freeway. Of course, there are never any guarantees because even new(er) cars can have random stuff happen. But if it was me, no hesitation. Hope that helps.Great car! Wonder if it would make the drive to Louisiana without issue?$1,357 bid placed by @Lfuselier
@DLC32 Yes. I have both. I'm not quite sure how to add pics in the comment/chat though.@ljsense Hey thanks for checking in and these are all great questions: Had the 100,000 mile service last July which included replacing the front brake pades, auto trans fluid, diff service (flush, new fluid (motylgear), and intake manifold w/ actuator and an alum upgrade, and acc belt idler pulley. During that time they noticed the SBC unit so I had that done at a dealer around the same time under Mercedes' warranty. So that was awesome. Early in ownership I had the crankshaft hall sensor replaced (9/19/2023) but not the crankshaft position sensor Rear struts are Arnott No other electrical issues! Hope this helps!$250 bid placed by @DLC32
pictures of headliner and chassis?Regarding a couple of issues mentioned here, do you know if the crankshaft position sensor has been replaced? This is sometimes the cause of a failure to start. And regarding the rear washer, have you checked the tubing junctions? There's one near the battery in the rear passenger compartment and I wonder if that's where it disconnected. Sometimes that can lead to other electrical issues. Also have a few questions. Has the SBC braking unit been replaced under MB's goodwill warranty? Are the replacement rear air struts Arnott or Mercedes? Any intermittent electrical issues like the radio shutting off, fuel door lock not releasing, etc.? Thanks!
