This 2002 Mercedes-Benz E430 shows two owners with registration in New Jersey and Ohio with 81k miles on the odometer. Finished in Bordeaux Red Metallic (567) over Ash Leather (218), power is provided by a 4.3-liter V8 linked with a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Factory equipment includes heated multicontour front seats, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, COMAND with navigation, Bose audio, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, rain-sensing wipers and remote central locking. Recent maintenance includes an engine oil change and an alignment. This 2002 E430 is now offered for sale by the selling dealer with both keys, original manufacturer’s literature, the original tool kit and a clean Arizona title.
The exterior is finished in Bordeaux Red Metallic (567) with chrome trim lining the beltline and bumpers. Exterior equipment includes power adjustable door mirrors, a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, front fog lamps and a heated windshield washer. The seller reports that the car was recently repainted to correct corrosion with no signs of damage appearing on the vehicle.
The factory 17” five-hole alloy wheels come fitted with Bridgestone Potenza RE980 all-season tires measuring 235/45 on all four corners. Pitting can be seen in the finish of the wheels along with signs of curb rash. The seller notes that an alignment was recently performed. A full-size spare tire can be found mounted below the trunk floor along with the factory tool kit.
The cabin is upholstered in Ash Leather (218) with matching gray floor mats and Burl Walnut wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. Both front seats are heated with multicontour pneumatic adjustability and feature three-position memory. Additional interior appointments include dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, cruise control, a power tilt/telescope steering column, a power rear sunshade, COMAND with navigation and an 8-speaker Bose audio system. The glove box latch is missing and the seller reports that the interior trunk lights are delaminating.
The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer along with a 7k-rpm tachometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Digital instrumentation consists of an outside temperature sensor, a digital clock and a digital odometer which currently shows just 81k miles from new. The seller notes some pixels are out on the digital clock and ambient temperature gauge.
This W210 sedan is powered by a 4.3-liter M113 V8 engine which is factory rated for 275 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five speed automatic transmission. The seller reports that the car recently received an engine oil and oil filter change. Underbody photos are viewable in the gallery.
The Carfax report shows just two owners with registration in New Jersey and Ohio along with linear mileage updates from new. A structural damage report appears on the Carfax in January 2023 as the result of rust which the seller reports was addressed and fully repaired. No other accidents or damage reports appear on the Carfax. This 2002 E430 is now offered with both keys, original manufacturer’s literature, the original tool kit and a clean Arizona title reassigned in the dealer’s name.
The W210 is known as one of the best examples of combining luxury and practicality with its smooth ride quality and venerable reliability. The M113 and 722.6 pairing is known as one of the strongest powertrains produced by Mercedes-Benz and sitting in a W210 chassis, has been known to last many hundreds of thousands of miles. The unfortunate trend in luxury vehicles of the time, which to some degree continues to this day, is to choose one of three accepted colors; white, black or silver. Finding a Mercedes of this era finished with anything else is incredibly difficult and frankly difficult to rationalize when seeing how well Bordeaux Red fits the W210 styling. This example offers an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a more unique W210 with extensive equipment to acquire one of the best daily-drivers ever made.

AC works great! Windows are working too
Any problems with the window actuators? Does the AC function at 100%? Any mechanical issues currently present?
Does this have rear air suspension?
Can you give me a shipping quote to Sacramento CA? The estimated quote seems pretty high for not being located on the east coast.
Hi All This car was mistakenly listed on eBay; but we took down the listing immediately after you guys notified us. Apologies for any confusion Concerning the corrosion, it was on the Fenders and we replaced those. To be honest, when we bought the car we thought it was very clean except for a few spots of corrosion. It had a clean Carfax and at some point the dealer auction decided to add the notation AFTER we bought the car. Rest assured the frame is totally solid and this is a real nice car. Contact us to setup a time to come a see the car! You won’t be disappointed
@ blakcar1 what was the extent of corrosion and where...what were the repairs? Also, the antenna is missing from the roof mounted base....
@ kokolomoush it certainly seems to be the same car as listed on ebay.
Is this the same car on ebay? https://www.ebay.com/itm/195799064993
