The top features a steel frame, a glass panoramic roof with a retractable sunshade, glass windows, and black vinyl trim. This rare R129 SL hardtop is now offered from the seller in West Hills, California with the accompanying hardtop stand.
The top is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features a panoramic glass roof and glass windows with painted steel bodywork along the frame. The original Siglia glass markings from the factory are present on the windows and visible in the gallery below. The seller notes a minor dent on the rear passenger pillar which should be removable with paintless dent repair (PDR).
The interior of the top features a retractable sunshade and grab handles on both the driver and passenger sides. The sunshade is fully operational and pictures are shown in both positions. The seller notes some minor wear on some interior pillars with detailed photos provided in the gallery.
The non-glass interior surfaces are trimmed in black vinyl and photos showing the condition of the interior surfaces are provided in the gallery. The top has been tested and all latch points operate correctly when mated with an R129 chassis vehicle. Rubber and felt trim points appear in good condition with no major deterioration or obvious wear.

Hello, with regards to teh dent, have you had it seen by a PDR expert, and what was their opinion? Just want to make sure PDR will work, because a repaint ruins the originality. Thanks
