A walkaround and driving video is viewable below.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class remains the ultra-luxury car against which other ultra-luxury aspirants are judged and this 2003 S55 AMG is no exception. The look is unmistakably Mercedes, with a dignity of design appropriate for a technological flagship that exudes luxury, refinement, and class. In 2004, this AMG would set you back a healthy $106k and change but certainly was worth every penny. Featuring a hand-built M113 V8, the 2004 S55 now came with a supercharger which greatly increased power to nearly 500 horsepower. Updated styling cues including bi-xenon headlights gave the W220 a proper facelift for the 2003 model year. While these cars have proven to be remarkably reliable over the years, well maintained examples have allowed owners to enjoy premium luxury and power without breaking the bank. Perhaps that’s exactly what makes this specific S55 AMG so attractive. This example has a nice history of ABC servicing and plenty of dealer history visits to allow the next owner to sleep soundly. Now with only 86k miles and a clean history, this S55 is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner who is sure to know this car is something special.

S55 or S600? S55 OR S600. What's everyone consensus? I can't decide. I guess it comes down to the particular car's ownership and this one appears to be better than most. I'll open the bidding.
