The CLK currently shows 87k miles. It’s finished in Diamond Silver Metallic (762) over Black Leather (261) and powered by an AMG-tuned 5.4L M113 paired to a 722.6 5-speed automatic. Factory equipment includes bi-xenon headlamps, front seats with optional heating and multi-contour functions, dual-zone climate control, a glass sunroof, and more. The included Carfax report shows 17 service history records from new and some records are noted to be included in the sale. Factory AMG 18” wheels are mounted and measure 18x7.5 up front and 18x8.5 in the rear. The wheels wear Hankook Ventus V12 tires measuring 225/45 and 245/40 respectfully. The tires show 2022 date codes. AMG sport suspension is fitted as standard along with silver AMG calipers and ventilated discs.
The AMG-design sport seats are trimmed in a Black/Charcoal Nappa Leather (261) with black AMG floor mats in velour. Aluminum trim lines the center console, dashboard and door panels wearing a sand-cast finish. Both front seats are heated with multi-contour adjustment for the driver side. Additional interior amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a power tilt/telescope steering column, and a 12-speaker Harman/Kardon Logic7 surround sound system with COMAND. The AMG steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer with a central display along with a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and digital gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer currently shows 87k miles from new.

How often if ever does the transmission fluid need top up from the RMS leak?To all serious bidders and interested members as promised in my previous comment, I wanted to provide highlights of recent service history for the past 4 years on this CLK55. ~Aug. 2022 4 wheel laser alignment. ~ Sept. 2022 new Mercedes battery. ~Aug. 2023 new accessory belt and pulley. ~December 2023 Mass air and crankshaft position sensor replacement. ~August 2024 the radiator and thermostat replacement. ~March 2026 16 spark plugs replacement. ~July 2026 oil filter housing gaskets replacement, valve cover gaskets replacement, all vacum hoses were replaced along with new oil filler cap. ~Along the years total of 3 transmission services/ fluid replacement latest in Sept. 2023 at 82k miles. ~Frequent oil change.angryitalian could you share what web site this was sold on?$4,680 bid placed by @Lfuselier
Hello everyone, welcome to the auction of this rare tellurium silver 2005 CLK55 AMG! The reason for the sale is due to work schedule that makes me gone for more than 20 days a month, I simply don’t have the time to drive or enjoy my collection anymore. I bought this car with the intention of keeping it long term which is why I immediately went ahead and proactively handled the typical age-related M113 refresh items which included oil filter housing gaskets replacement, valve cover gaskets replacement, all new vacuum hoses, new pressure plug gasket and new oil filler cap. Additionally, photos have been uploaded revealing how clean/ sludge free the top of the engine is for peace of mind. This car posses plenty of service/ preventive maintenance records than I will post in the comment section tonight. The car has a minor RMS seep which is extremely common and expected on these engines that being said,, it’s a minor seep and can be driven without any issues. Is there any particular reason for the quick resell?@proturner1 you hit the nail on the head! the hand-built 5.4 liter M113 engine is arguably the most reliable and bulletproof AMG engine ever built while also retaining a simple robust design without the need for camshaft adjusters that usually require repairs/replacement.I own a 2003 CLK55 and I love it! Effortless acceleration, firm but very comfortable ride quality, and space for four adults! In my estimation this model is the best specification with bigger brakes and quad exhaust outlets. My spec was the Formula 1 safety car for 2003. With proper maintenance (which is not necessarily expensive) the drivetrain is bulletproof. Something to keep in mind is the rarity of these 209 AMGs. Only 1,517 were brought into the US and this car is one of 247 for model year 2005. Whoever buys this example will not be disappointed.$4,000 bid placed by @RRaptor
