There is a glaring lack of undercarriage photos in this listing. Any car that spent nearly 2 decades in Wisconsin is susceptible to rust issues. Could we please have some photos of the underside of the car?

I agree with the seller's higher reserve. These are excellent vehicles and worth much more $. This clean very low mileage example is amazing. I own a similar model and it has been excellent.
How is the engine wiring harness?

It would be very nice to see undercarriage pictures. I wouldn't consider any New York car without evidence of condition of the frame, suspension and exhaust.
