This 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG IWC Ingenieur Edition was initially sold by Mercedes-Benz of Miami and registered in Florida where it remained under dealer service from new until July of 2025. It currently shows 36k original miles. This example is finished in Titanium Metallic (737) over Graphite/Charcoal Leather (581), a combination exclusive to the IWC Ingenieur Edition CLS55 AMG’s. Power comes from a supercharged 5.4-liter M113K V8 paired to a five-speed automatic transmission. Factory features include bi-xenon headlamps, heated and ventilated front seats, four-zone climate control, factory COMAND, and a power-closing decklid. In addition, the IWC Ingenieur Edition examples received special finishes including matte titanium interior elements, an alcantara headliner, Piano Black wood veneers, and an AMG Sport Steering wheel trimmed in Black Nappa leather. The included Carfax shows repetitive dealer service from new with 18 records shown between 2006 and 2025. The selling dealer reports power steering and coolant fluid flushes were performed in preparation for the sale along with an oil and filter change, two new rear struts, and four new tires. The car is now being offered with factory literature, two keys, service records, a clean Carfax, and a clean Florida title.
The exterior is finished in exclusive Titanium Metallic (737) and features AMG styling including sculpted bumpers, side skirts, a rear decklid spoiler, and dual twin-tipped exhaust. The body is reportedly free from any paintwork or bodywork and the factory blue-tinted glass shows additional tint. Additional exterior features include a sunroof, bi-xenon headlights with curve illumination, and Parktronic for the front and rear. Detailed photos of the exterior are shown in the gallery.
Exclusive IWC Ingenieur Edition five-spoke AMG wheels are fitted and show no signs of curb rash, damage, or bends. They’re finished in matte titanium paint and measure 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. New Hankook tires are mounted showing factory sizing in 255/35 and 285/30 respectively. Silver-painted AMG brakes are tucked behind the stock wheels.
In the cabin, the AMG seats are trimmed in Graphite Leather while the door cards, armrests, shift knob, and AMG Sport steering wheel are trimmed in Black Nappa Leather. Piano Black veneers adorn the center console, dashboard, and cluster surround. Alcantara trims the headliner and steering wheel inserts. Interior amenities include four-zone automatic climate control, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, a rear roller blind, auto-dimming mirrors, COMAND with Harman-Kardon sound, and the IWC Ingenieur script on the ashtray veneer.
The sculpted AMG Sport steering wheel frames black gauges featuring a 200-mph speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, and IWC analog clock. Exclusive to the IWC Ingenieur Edition, the gauge needles resemble watch hands. Additional fuel and temperature gauges flank the cluster and the digital odometer reads 36k miles.
The original supercharged 5.4-liter M113k V8 remains unmodified and is rated at 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque with power sent to the rear wheels via a 722.6 five-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax shows repetitive dealer service from new with 18 records shown between 2006 and 2025. The selling dealer reports power steering and coolant fluid flushes were performed in preparation for the sale along with an oil and filter change and two new rear struts.
The Carfax report shows linear mileage updates since new and a clean history. The car is now being offered with factory literature, two keys, service records, a clean Carfax, and a clean Florida title.

This is definitely a car worth buying. It has had only one owner and has been consistently serviced and maintained by Mercedes-Benz, which is a big plus for reliability and peace of mind. With its low mileage and documented care, this CLS55 AMG IWC Ingenieur is in excellent condition. The design still looks timeless, and the AMG performance makes it a true driver’s car. Overall, it’s a rare and beautiful example — both well-kept and highly desirable.
Is the watch included? I can't tell, 1-Owner car in this condition I'd assume so?

@sedancollector , @GenevaMotorCars just ran a VMI. No record of any SBC work but the whole system is still under warranty until 2031...
@sedancollector. Hello! I will attempt to get a VMI. The dealers are not very keen on giving these out anymore. The SBC unit is working as it should and still under warranty for another 6 years. I believe the rear struts are Arnott. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Can we get a picture of the watch?

@seller Great example presented here! Just a few questions. Can you provide or acquire a VMI report? I am curious if the SBC unit or fuel tank have been replaced. Also which brand of struts did you use to replace the rears? Thanks.
