This 2007 Mercedes-Benz SL550 was originally sold at Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque, NM in May 2006 and is one of 550 cars produced to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the SL. It is finished in Pewter Silver Metallic (723) over Cognac Brown (277) leather and powered by a 5.5-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop, bi-xenon headlamps, Keyless-Go, Active Body Control, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, a Bose sound system, and COMAND infotainment with navigation. The car was first registered in New Mexico and remained with the original owner until it was acquired by the seller in Arizona in 2013. This SL550 has 47k miles from new and is offered by the current owner in Arizona with service records from new, two keys, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The car is finished in Pewter Silver Metallic (723U) and equipped with a power retractable hardtop, fog lamps, bi-xenon headlights with cornering illumination, twin exhaust tips, and a roll bar designed to automatically deploy in the event of a rollover.
Split-spoke 18″ wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires with 2021 date codes measuring 255/40 up front and 285/35 in the rear. Braking is provided by four-wheel discs with cross-drilled front rotors and the car is equipped with Active Body Control.
The multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 47k miles.
The 5.5L M273 V8 was rated at 382 horsepower with 391 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. The seller reports that an oil and filter change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Manufacturer’s literature and two keys are included in the sale. The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage, linear mileage updates, and lists history in New Mexico and Arizona since new along with numerous service history entries.
A walkaround video of the car is viewable below:
It doesn’t get much more iconic than a Mercedes-Benz SL with the top down. Through the ages we’ve watched the 300SL, the Pagoda, the R107, and R129, all steal the show in their own rights from silver screen stardom to pop culture flash. We like to think SL550’s like this example have identified a way to capture the SL’s legacy through unique styling cues, soft lines, and classic color combinations. This 50th Anniversary Edition is one of only 550 examples produced and does an excellent job of maintaining the heritage of the famed Sport Licht with a striking color combination. The interior color alone is one of the most striking and attractive offerings from Mercedes. This is open-top motoring at its finest and we’re confident the next owner will be enjoy plenty of smiles per gallon in this limited edition example.

@Jboy1966 You probably need to contact the website and get my phone number from them.
@Fergiehale1 I’d rather not post that in this format. Do you know how to private message on this site? I am not sure how to do that. Btw - we are also putting up our 2019 AMG E53 in a few weeks. It has 13k miles on it.
@Jboy1966 I need to have your phone # and address.

@Melsky01 We do have an 8 1/2 x 11 printout of the original window sticker but it is too small to read and blurry.
1. Underside of the front bumper has scratches from being curbed. 2. The cover of the trunk lid brake light has a small crack (see picture 32) 3. The mileage indicator has a small blemish from factory (see picture #48) 4. Both the door sills are scuffed (see pictures #43 and 63) 5. Rear window shows some cosmetic damage (see pictures #76 & 77) 6. See picture #35 for some wear on the engine cover Thanks for asking.
Any cosmetic or mechanical imperfections or problems ? Do you have the window sticker or build sheet ?
