This 2017 Mercedes-Benz G550 4×4² was originally delivered to and sold by Mercedes-Benz of San Juan, Texas. Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (9197) over Designo Black Leather and Alcantara, power is provided by a Biturbo 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax shows maintenance since new with various Mercedes-Benz dealers and accompanying service records are included in the sale. A recent service in May 2021 with Fletcher Jones Motorcars consisted of a multi-point check and oil service. Features include Xenon headlamps, factory portal axles, locking differentials, auxiliary lighting, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, carbon fiber trim, and factory COMAND with Bluetooth audio and phone capabilities. The current owner acquired the car in July 2021 and has added approximately 600 miles under current ownership. This example shows 30,014 miles and is offered with service records, factory literature, an original tool kit, original first aid kit, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
As 1 of 300 4×4² examples built by Mercedes-Benz for the North American market, this G550 features factory options exclusive to the 4×4² including special portal axles, adjustable dual spring and shock dampers on all four corners, exterior styling borrowed from the G63 AMG and G65 AMG, and extended carbon fiber fender flares. The front track is wider by 9 inches up front and 10 inches in the rear from a standard G550. Aftermarket auxiliary lighting has been added by way of 5 additional Baja Designs spot lamps. Other modifications include SMP Fabrication light bars, skid plates, rear bumper, and hitch along with Magnaflow Exhaust with SMP Fabrication tips and blackout trim. This example shows original paintwork and a history free from any accidents or body work.
This 4×4² features custom 20″ multi-piece Desert Tec forged wheels wrapped in Toyo Open Country tires measuring 37x12.5 on all four corners. Always Evolving, a motorsport outfit based in Los Angeles, California built the wheels specifically for this example.
The cabin is upholstered in Designo Black Leather across the seats, door cards, armrests, head rests, and dashboard. White deviated stitching is featured across all leather surfaces, and the seat centers are finished in diamond-stitched alcantara. Carbon fiber trim accents the center console, dashboard, door handles, steering wheel, and passenger grab handle. Interior amenities include, multi-contour heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, dual-zone climate control, factory COMAND, and three switches for the electronically locking differentials. An aftermarket auxiliary switch panel has been installed to control the added light bars.
The carbon fiber and leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel is mounted to a power-adjustable column and frames instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 600 of which have been added by the seller. Additionally, the LCD screen displays trip functions, navigation data, infotainment information, and various settings.
The M176 BiTurbo 4.0-liter V8 is mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. Output was rated at 416 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque when new. Service records are included in the sale and show a recent service in May 2021 with Fletcher Jones Motorcars consisting of a multi-point check and oil service.
The provided Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage along with registration history in Texas, Montana, and California. This 4×4² shows 30k miles and is offered with service records, factory literature, an original tool kit, original first aid kit, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
“Extreme-G” was the name given the concept for the 4×4² and even as the next generation of Geländewagen find it’s stride in the market, the 4×4² is still king. Boasting off road stats to rival the HUMMER H1, the Squared features more than 16” of ground clearance, a 21 degree approach angle, and a 13.4” departure angle. Moreover, the 4×4² clears 0-60 mph in less than 6 seconds and weighs in close to 7k lbs. This specific example comes prepared with the extra touch from Always Evolving and remains truly unique. Not only does the truck come with dealer service records and a clean Carfax report, it's always been kept in a warm dry climate location. With just 500 examples produced, these stout off-roaders are sure to carry their legendary status for generations of G-Wagons to come.

@EWeiss hey what’s up brother it’s honestly not that bad once you get a technique down after that it becomes natural to you ! But at first it is challenging not gonna lie it takes a few days to get adjusted .
@emorales11 How high off the ground is that step up into the cabin? From the photos it looks massive so just wondering if someone 5'11" can reasonably enter/exit without too many ridiculous gymnastics...haha. Amazing vehicle. GLWA!
If you've ever seen one of these on the road you know they are massive. Makes a regular G look small.
