@skarthur Also, I'm not asking for you to agree with me. While the history is public knowledge, the details were not. This seller had called the prior winner of the cars and bids auction a liar but never provided his side of the story until I asked him directly. His answer here was informative and clarifying enough for me to act on, whereas the information provided before was not. Regarding the rust, the main exterior rust disclosed before was on the passenger side fender at roughly 10:00. The original pictures in the listing were not detailed enough to make out if the rust had been repaired, and the seller's pictures today did not include the area of concern. Given that I can't see the car in person before bidding, and the bids are binding, I don't think asking for those details is unreasonable; maybe we have different opinions here. I agree that some other comments(now deleted) felt like piling on, but my questions were not trolling.
@IamavarThanks for providing the information.
@Iamavar The best picture to see the rust repair is image seven. However, it's not clear enough to inspect in detail. Can you get a close-up photo?
@Iamavar I'll be more direct and hope I get an answer because I'd really like to bid. You sold the car on cars and bids no reserve and it hammered at $8,000 but you did not deliver the car. The person that won indicated you asked for more money and refused to sell it at 8,000, and you were subsequently banned from that platform. In your previous MB Market listing you said the previous seller lied but did not explain why the no reserve transaction didn't move forward and why Cars and Bids deemed it to be your fault. I did not intend to air this here, I was sincerely hoping for you to speak a little more on this so I could bid with confidence, and I'd still like to, if you can provide some detail.

I'm very interested, can you provide some pictures of the rust repaired area(s)? Can you explain in a little more detail the failure to deliver from the cars and bids auction? I'm looking for some reassurance that this auction will not result in a similiar situation.
