Owned a 72 280SE 4.5 in the early 80’s. Charcoal exterior with red MB Tex. Joy to drive. Wonderful torque when you learned the shift points so that you could accelerate in 3rd without downshifting! Rode and handled like the true example of fine craftsmanship it is. Wish I had a spot to park this one!
