@McHagusHey Thanks for the question! I would be pretty certain they would fit based off a few things. They do fit the wheel arch with the right tire profile. The obvious mercedes standard bolt pattern 5x112 making it an exact match. The length between the mounting surface and center of the wheel would mathematically give it a great look and fit. Adding these to a 140, especially an s600, would be a neck breaker. It would fit the appearance and make it a one hell of a build with a mix of new school and old school. What color is the S600?
