@jspitzthat is correct they are all four part # 202 400 03 02. I believe the 8.5 was 202 401 01 02 (??) someone can correct be but those were a different part number believe.
@jspitzthe back of the wheel is good and consistent in terms of level, but I think when the tires were sealed there’s a little fragment of paint that got loose and stuck from the inside of the wheel there (triangle of material.) Hopefully that makes sense lmk if more questions though.
@BonEvil shipping to 30004 looks like about $370 Fedex ground with my weight and dimension assumptions.
@luckytrucknot sure how low you are, but I had plenty of room/suspension travel on my stock 94 e320 sedan. The car still rode like it had the original 15s on it in terms of softness. The tires only have about 5k miles on them, I'd say you can easily go another 10-15k before thinking about replacement.
