This 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Coupe was sold new to its original owner in Portland, Oregon with whom it remained for over 28 years. Finished in Black (040) over Beige Leather (265), power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes power front seats with memory, a power tilt/slide sunroof, a power adjustable steering column, automatic climate control, cruise control and a premium sound system. Recent maintenance includes an engine oil and filter change, a transmission service, a new battery, engine mounts, a new driver door tumbler, a new belt and tensioner and an AC check. Now showing 130k miles, this E320 Coupe is being offered for sale by the current owner in Los Angeles, California with two keys, partial service records, manufacturer’s literature, original tool kit, a clean Carfax report and a clean California title.
The 15” 8-hole alloy wheels come finished in chrome and wrapped in Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires measuring 205/65 on all four corners. The wheels show good condition with no signs of curb rash or corrosion. A full-size spare can be found mounted below the trunk floor along with the original tool kit and factory jack.
The cabin is trimmed in Beige Leather (265) and features Burl Walnut wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. The wood trim shows no signs of cracking or discoloration. Both front seats are power operated and come with two-position memory for the driver. Interior features include automatic climate control, cruise control, a power adjustable steering column and a premium sound system with a trunk-mounted CD changer. The seller notes that the radio has been reprogrammed with a new code which will be provided to the buyer. The driver seat along with the climate control buttons are beginning to show signs of wear.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a centrally-mounted 160-mph speedometer which sits alongside a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. The mechanical odometer currently reads 130k miles, just 500 of which were added by the current owner. The seller notes that the previous owner installed a stitched-on leather steering wheel cover and believes the original leather below has some wear.
This E-Class coupe is powered by a 3.2-liter M104 inline-six which outputs 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Recent maintenance in March 2022 included an engine oil and filter change, a transmission service, a new battery and new engine mounts while service performed by Beverly Laurel Automotive in November 2022 included a new accessory belt and tensioner, an AC service and a full mechanical inspection. Accompanying receipts are viewable in the gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and underbody photos have been included by the seller in the photo gallery below.
The Carfax report shows a total of three owners with the original owner keeping the car for 28 years with linear mileage updates from new. Registration is reported in Oregon and California and no accidents or damage reports appear on the Carfax.

Hello all viewers, bidders, and commentors. I would like to introduce one of my beautiful pieces to my collection the 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Coupe C124. History: I found the vehicle in Oregon through an acquaintance that had knowledge of where the vehicle is. We were able to purchase the vehicle through unusual process, where my acquaintance had to purchase the vehicle and register to his name, and then transfer it over to mine. Nevertheless, I was able to obtain the vehicle a year ago and get it to sunny California. After going through all the important items on the vehicle I was finally able to find time to smog and register the car. Hence the reason you see Owner 2 with 9 months of ownership, then transferred to me. The vehicle was owned since new by an older retiree couple in Portland, Oregon until through my acquaintance, I was able to acquire it a year ago. The vehicle was in great shape with original paint and interior. They had regularly serviced it. They even did a final service before selling it to me. Damages/Items Not Working: 1. The steering wheel has a leather cover stitched on by the previous owner. I can only assume that the leather on the original steering wheel has wear. 2. The climate control button have slight wear on them. I have an extra set, and can sell it to the new owner. 3. The driver's seat has hairline wrinkles and slight wear, otherwise in great shape. Notable Items: 1. When I serviced the vehicle with Beverly Laurel Automotive in Hollywood, California, I had them inspect the vehicle top to bottom, and make sure every item is left untouched. They verbally reported that the spark plugs were nearly new, the wiring harness was in great shape, all suspension items were good. The rest of the service items are included in the pictures. 2. There are obsoletely no damages to the paint. It is all original. No Rust what so ever. The spots on the hood/bonnet are dust particles, we were shooting the photos in a large recreational park. keeping the paint spotless was very difficult. Please feel free to ask questions, and make great commentary on this beautiful C124. Please let the auction runs it's natural course and respect the rules set. Good Luck Everyone!
