This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 shows registration in Georgia and Illinois under two owners with 118k miles shown on the odometer. Finished in Black (040) over Gray Leather (268), power is provided by a 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six mated to a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Factory equipment includes a power sliding sunroof, power adjustable mirrors, power adjustable front seats, central locking, cruise control, automatic climate control and an Active Bass audio system. Recent maintenance consists of a new battery, new radiator, new spark plugs, an AC service and an engine oil change. This E320 is now offered for sale by the selling dealer with the original manufacturer’s literature, three keys, a clean two-owner Carfax report and a clean Illinois title.
The body is finished in Black (040) with contrasting lower body cladding separated by chrome trim along the beltline. Exterior features include front and rear fog lamps, an eccentric-sweep windshield wiper with heated washers, a power sliding sunroof and power adjustable door mirrors. The seller notes minor surface rust which can be seen on the passenger-side fender as well as cracked rubber molding on the driver-side door mirror. No accidents or damage reports are present on the Carfax.
The 15” 8-hole aluminum alloy wheels wear Michelin Premier A/S tires measuring 205/60 on all four corners. The seller notes that the tires are dry rotted and will need replacement. Signs of pitting are visible on the driver-side rear wheel. A full-size spare is mounted in the trunk along with the factory jack.
The cabin is upholstered in Gray Leather (268) with a contrasting black dashboard and Zebrano wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. Hairline cracks in the wood trim can be seen on the shift surround. Interior appointments include 10-way power adjustable front seats, cruise control, automatic climate control, central locking and a 6-speaker Active Bass audio system. The seller reports that the headliner is sagging and that the power recline feature on the front seats is inoperable. The AC was recently serviced in July 2023.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. A digital outside temperature sensor is mounted centrally at the bottom of the cluster. The six-digit odometer currently shows 118k miles from new.
This W124 is powered by a 3.0-liter 24-valve inline-six which is rated for 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Maintenance performed in July 2023 included a new battery, new radiator, new spark plugs and an engine oil and oil filter change. Partial service history from previous ownership is included with the car.
The Carfax report shows two owners from new with registration reported in Georgia and Illinois. Linear mileage updates are shown from new with no accidents or damage reports appearing on the Carfax. This E320 sedan is now offered for sale in Dallas, Texas with three keys, the original manufacturer’s literature, a clean two-owner Carfax report and a clean Illinois title.

I’m late, but I’ve got a front engine cover if you’re looking for one. Also, this is a 3.2, not 3.0.
@Besix06 If they did that, people would feel as if they were "overpaying" if they kept bidding past the reserve. Auction houses have always traditionally kept the reserves private as to not allow preconception or the seller's needed figure to impact the market value of the item offered for sale. Classified ads are for knowing the seller's number up front. Auctions are different.
@Besix06 MB Market Policy states A reserve is the decided upon minimum price that a vehicle will sell for. We work with sellers to set reasonable reserves, and try to avoid vehicles with reserves that are not realistic. Reserve values are not shown on the listing and we do not announce when reserves have been met.
I'm not sure about the specific policies in place, but wouldn't it be more advantageous to disclose the reserve amount upfront? This way, buyers would have a clear understanding of the minimum level of offers expected from them.
Sorry that it didn’t work out quite yet
Thank you everybody, we did not hit reserve. No sale today -however the sale will go on.

@JER219 Wiring harness appears to have been replaced in the past as it is not deteriorating.
Has the vehicle’s wiring harness been replaced?
