The car is finished in Azurite Blue Metallic (366) and features xenon headlamps, lower fog lamps, and dual chrome exhaust outlets. The AMG Sport Package adds factory AMG body work including a sculpted front bumper, rear bumper, and side skirts. A dark blue folding soft top is fitted which is said to retract half way and will need to be serviced. Spots of corrosion are noted on both rear quarter panels along with a large scratch on the rear driver quarter panel. The paint is reportedly in driver condition with thinning spots on the trunk lid.
When it comes to functional 4-seater convertibles, the choices have never been plentiful. Thankfully, the CLK has offered owners functionality without sacrificing style. The M112 has proven itself as one of the most reliable and efficient engines, reaching 200k+ miles with just regular maintenance. This example was original sold in the UK and imported by the Patina Collective in Florida. The car is far from perfect but offers an intriguing opportunity to own with only a donation to charity in exchange. A little bit of paintwork and a headlight refinish would go very long way. For a running and driving project car, the options list and color combination is a nice value proposition. Rarely do we see Azurite Blue paint and the already rare Blue Fabric interior (and matching blue dash and steering wheel) has been customized with beige leather and matching blue piping. The car wears an AMG body kit and sits on 18" AMG monoblock wheels. If you're looking for a fun project for the summer and/or want to take advantage of a free car with a donation to charity, this CLK is worth the chase and supports a great cause.
While most are already familiar with the Patina Collective, those that aren't will want to take note. This is the largest collection of Mercedes-Benz vehicles to feature all models and various vintage tuners such as AMG, Brabus, RENNtech, Zender, Carat, ABC, Lorinser, Gemballa, Koenig, and more. This is the 3rd annual charity sale offered from the Patina Collective in support of our mutual friend, Cruise Bogle. The Cruiser Palooza raises funds to help support Cruise Bogle who was paralyzed while skimboarding in Ocean Ridge in 2008. A Spinal Cord Injury is devastating for the patient and their family, both emotionally and financially, and is relatively common among the automotive enthusiast family. Cruise has had the support of his community over the years and his Foundation will help others with injuries who need support as well. The MB Market is proud to partner with the Patina Collective and Cruiser Palooza to offer this triple blue Euro-spec CLK320 for auction. All proceeds from the sale go to the Foundation as charity. For those who would like to attend in person, the event will be held in Delray Beach, Florida, Saturday, March 22nd, 5-10pm at the Old School Square Pavilion!

Well, you've covered the cost of the wheels so far ; ) Kidding! I wish i was 'handy' (or had a family member who worked on these) as it would be a great project for the money. Good luck!
As it's a UK car, you can check it's annual health check (MOT) just Google UK MOT Gov check then enter the registration number.

Hello, may be the angle of pictures but it looks like the fenders and quarter panels have been painted(possible subpar paint job) in person does it appear to have been repainted? And with no carfax do we know if the frame and structural is good? Thank you

Right Hand Drive is a "negative," personally
@fredtga I have sold several imports to California buyers, even JDM cars and have passed smog, I think it's better for @Jgrey86 to consult with his Smog expert in his area about it. The Smog official will have the actual truth. I know that everything that is on the Internet is true, but asking the guy that will pass the car in California is the sensitive thing to to.
@Jgrey86: the car should pass smog if all the components are there (from the pictures, it looks all stock), but that's the least of the problems. Does the VIN sticker say: "This vehicle conforms to all applicable US federal motor vehicle safety, bumper and theft prevention standards in effect on the date of manufacture shown above." ? If not, and you want to do it right, then buckle up, get your deep pockets ready, it's a long and costly process to get an import in compliance with CA. Search on youtube for "Mr India 500E", he's got several videos explaining everything he had to do to register legally an imported w124 500E in CA. If i'm not mistaken, it took over 1 year and well into 5-digits with costs.

@Jgrey86 we are in Florida, don’t know about California. You will need to talk to your Smog guy. Car seems to be all stock. We haven’t performed any service prior to listing, we are giving it away to the winner of the auction to help the fundraiser of the charity.

Will this car pass smog in California, and has there been any service or work done on the engine or transmission.
@Pierce350 you can pay for shipping, its for a good cause
Since it’s charity and you are the largest Benz collection maybe you can offer free transport to the winning buyer
For some reason, I'm getting some "Grand Tour" vibes--one could see Richard Hammond pulling up with this (of course Jeremy Clarkson would have a Jaaaaaaaaag). Fun!
