This is still in 'stolen' territory! Nice presentation and excellent responses. Good luck!
@ItsThatEasy Could you point me to which photo you are referring to?
Hello : Can you explain the paint overspray on the leading hood adjusters (they are black from the factory and these clearly have overspray) plus the support screws for the radiator support have clearly been moved. Thank you.
Additional photos showing the underbody have been added to the gallery.

@Pete No, power seat controls located on the doors are working fine, I am pointing out the optional lumbar controls on the inside of the front seats (pic 55), once again power controls on doors work perfectly fine.
Does it mean that the drivers side is locked into one position and will not adjust in any direction or up and down or recline the seat back ?
Thanks again for the very prompt and detailed response, If it's just some residue from the washer fluid, I don't need to burden you with making additional videos. It's a great looking E320.
@skarthur This car was definitely checked for fluid leaks throughout the entire motor, all gaskets and seals including rear main seal and differential. To make sure there is no confusion, both driver and passenger inside bladder seat controls are non-responsive, for what I have read, they are controlled by the same pump. The "speckling" is the headlight washer fluid mechanism, photos were included showing they work as they should and cleaned off afterward. I will try to get photos of it in operation. There is some sagging in the rear corner of the headliner.
My apologies, After a closer review of your photos, I have two additional questions. The photos of the headlisghts show some white speckling, is this (as I would guess) residue from the headlight washing equipment, and if it is, can you remove it and post some additional photos demonstrating this? Second, am I correct in saying the headliner is sagging? Thanks again
Cheers , Thanks for the detailed response! I did notice in the listing description that the tires were old (at least they're Continentals). Since you confirmed that all electronics work as intended with the exception of the non-functional multi contour adjustor for the driver seat, I guess my only other question would be to double check that there is no leaking/seeping/weeping present on the engine, whether it be on the valve covers, breather covers, main seals, or any other area. Thanks again for the very well presented and professional listing.
@skarthur Thanks for your questions, as mentioned before, I am a car collector and work on all my cars by myself. Whenever I purchase a car, I go through the entire vehicle and check all points. This car was so well maintained that it needed just the basics: Wheel & Suspension check Brake inspection All power windows, seats, sunroof, mirrors checked Oil & filter change Air filter replacement Battery replacement Brake light bulb replacement Spark plugs check A/C leak check & charge All fluids topped up Vehicle scan for errors What needs to be addressed in near or immediate future? Tires are from 2012, they need to be replaced. As far as the accident, the previous owner (who is now elderly) told me car the was sideswiped in a parking lot in 2009, minor damage to the front passenger door. Hope that answers your concerns, feel free to reach out anytime.
Great looking E320, You mentioned an inspection, were there any items found either need immediate attention or attention in the near future? Would you be willing to share images of those inspection documents? You also mentioned familiarity with the previous owners, do you either have, or would you be able to attain, any further details regarding the accident which resulted in damage to the side of the vehicle some years back? Thank you, and good luck with the auction!
Additional photos showing paint meter readings and AC temp have been added to the gallery along with two videos of the car.
Received a message from a member regarding the multi-contour seats, the power controls on the doors work perfectly on both sides, the optional bladder controls on the inside of the seats are inoperable. HVAC and all other power controls work as they should.

Hello fellow members, I would like to thank MB Market for accepting and listing my W210 E320. This car was recently acquired from a family I have personally known for a while; the previous two owners were brothers and have owned it since 2002. The car has always been garaged and meticulously maintained at the MB dealership here in Florida, mostly for preventive care. I am an enthusiast and a European car collector, so when this came available, I jumped at the chance. This low mileage example includes the Elegance Option package (955), a luxury package with many nice features compared to the basic model as you can see in the photos. Upon purchasing this vehicle, I did a full inspection on the car including suspension, oil change, filters and fluids. This E320 does have a few minor cosmetic flaws, as documented, which the next owner can address quite inexpensively. I will be parting ways with a few more rare cars in the near future, so please stay tuned. If you need to view the car in person, you can message me and we can set up an appointment, I am located in the Clearwater area not far from the beautiful beaches. Good luck to all of you bidders, the next owner will not be disappointed.
