This 1990 Mercedes-Benz 300E shows previous registration in North Carolina and South Carolina since new with recent registration in Michigan. It’s finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702) over Red Leather (267), and power is provided by a 3.0-liter inline-six mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. The selling dealer acquired the car in June 2022 and has added approximately 300 miles. In preparation for the sale, the selling dealer has had a complete fluid flush performed in addition to a new air filter installed, new spark plugs, new plug wires, shifter bushing, and an alignment. Features include a power sunroof, cruise control, automatic climate control, and power windows. This 300E currently shows 41k original miles on the odometer and is being offered by the seller with recent service records, original manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a clean Carfax report showing a damage-free history, and a clean Michigan title.
Finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702) with contrasting Gray bumpers and black trim, the body shows no signs of corrosion and symmetrical panel gaps all around. The seller indicates some paintwork has been performed on the car. A chrome accent strip adorns the lower beltline of the car. Exterior features include glass headlamps with wipers, a painted power sunroof, and a power antenna.
This 300E wears 15” Gullideckel wheels wrapped in Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires measuring 195/65 with original painted center caps installed. The wheels show well with no fading and light scratches visible. Date codes on the tires read 2014.
The cabin is trimmed in Red Leather (267) across the seats, door cards, head rests, armrest, center console, and lower dashboard. The power telescoping steering wheel is wrapped in contrasting Black leather along with a Black upper dash and shift knob. The original Red carpets remain with the car and can be seen in the gallery below. Zebrano wood trim accents the cabin along the center console and dashboard. An original Becker Grand Prix head unit remains intact. Additional features include automatic climate control, a driver’s side front airbag, power adjustable front seats, and heated rear glass.
The black leather steering wheel frames a 160mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer featuring an analog clock, along with gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer now shows 41k miles with approximately 300 being added by the selling dealer.
The 3.0-liter M103 inline-six was factory rated at 178 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque when new. In preparation for the sale, the selling dealer has had a complete fluid flush performed in addition to a new air filter installed, new spark plugs, new plug wires, shifter bushing, and an alignment.
The provided Carfax report lists no accidents or damage along with linear mileage updates since new. Now showing 41k miles, this 300E is being offered by the seller with recent service records, original manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a clean Carfax report showing a damage-free history, and a clean Michigan title.
A video has been provided showing driving functions and a walk around of the 300E.

@Mecho69 Yes of course, I would just need proof of insurance after the sale in order to get the temp tag going.
@seyl Not sure why the fender was replaced. I'm assuming due to some kind of damage like dents, scratches, swiped in a parking lot, etc.
@cdwatnsu cashier's check is best but we can work out a different method if need be.

Hi seller, would you be able to provide temp tags for flying in and driving home? Thank you and GLWS! Beautiful car!
@ihorMB(2) do you know why the fender was replaced ?
Venmo or Zelle work also? Even PayPal? I’m not sure I’d accept a check though 😂😂
@AutoAvids313 Thanks, I love the interior.
@cdwatnsu Cash or check works
@seyl no. Just a few stains of some sort under the clear coat. The clear coat itself is nice and glossy with no cracks or peeling. Just like the rest of the car.
@gsxr yes, looks like fender was replaced. Radiator support looks original.
Seller, what payment methods are accepted?
Is the paint faded on the trunk?
Beautiful color combo 👌

Neither Carfax nor AutoCheck report an accident, but the upper radiator support and passenger fender have both been replaced, which is odd. Interior looks brand new - what a time capsule. GLWS!
