This 1995 Mercedes-Benz S600 was reportedly sold new in California to Barry Meguiar and remained in his possession until 2001 when it was sold to the second owner. The third and current owner purchased the car in 2007 with 119k miles on the odometer. Finished in Black (040) over Exclusive Black Leather (561), this S600 features the complete Lorinser styling package, a multitude of interior features, and ample maintenance history. Power comes from a 6.0 liter M120 V12 mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. This W140 is offered with factory literature, an original tool kit, two remote key fobs, and a clean California title.
The cabin is trimmed in Exclusive Black Leather (561) with Grey Leather inserts and door cards. The original wood trim remains on the center console, doors, and dashboard while the original floor mats have been retained. Features include multi-contour front seats, heated front and rear seats, an electric sunroof, and premium sound. The rear seats are adjustable and function as intended including the drop down vanity mirrors and fold-out ash trays in the rear door cards.
The 6.0-liter M120 48-valve V12 was rated at 389 horsepower and 420 ft-lbs of torque when new and paid with a 722.3 automatic 4-speed transmission. Major service at 120k miles includes a top end rebuild along with a complete transmission and rear end rebuild.
